Blocks from the happening restaurant scene and the downtown nightlife. Walk to local farmers market. In this unique 2br 2ba apartment Each bedroom has its only private bathroom. This apartment is downstairs in a two story four unit historic building. It’s squeaky wood floors can be heard from below. So we make sure to ask all guests to observe the house rules and be considerate of others.

We are Gainesville locals who made this forward thinking city our home for the past 20 years. Lonie and I own Mode Salon and Spa's and Dalo properties. We specialize in unique historic spaces in the downtown B&B district. In 2011 we decided to share our hidden gems with the world on VRBO. In 2015 we decided to go Tiny on FYI hit tv show "Tiny House Nation" Our salon, spa and properties were featured on season 4 episode 9. It's called 600 sqft Tiny Victorian!
