Located in the heart of Carolina beach, Pearl Paradise is a BRAND NEW townhome and only 2 blocks (3 min walk) from the beach. Some of the key amenities offered include:

✓Two separate decks to gather on and build lasting memories!

About the space:

Brand new modern townhome with high end furniture. 2 blocks from the beach with easy beach access. GOLF CART included for free!Essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, linens and pillows included. Outdoor shower and two deck areas. Plenty of beach chairs and beach accessories.

On the ground floor, there is a private space with a king bedroom, full bath and kitchenette. Two more bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor (one king bed and one queen bed). The final queen bedroom is located on the third floor adjacent to the kitchen & living room space. Every bedroom comes with its own full bathroom! The house has two additional twin trifold memory foam mattresses that can sleep two additional adults. Decks are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Internet and WiFi:
Fast wireless internet with triband mesh WiFi (Speeds pictured). Password and access provided at check-in. Streaming video services including Disney+, Netflix, Hulu and ESPN+ are provided on all TV’s.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, cookware, cutting boards and spices

Miscellaneous
We will provide you with a few tide pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and K-cups and tea for your first morning's coffee. This will get you started on your first day before a grocery store run.

Finally, a propane grill is available but guests will need to purchase a propane tank. Can be purchased at Carolina Petro, only a few blocks down from the house.

Really well done. For those new to CB, golf cart parking is free in most of the lots so spending more for front row Vrbo isn’t necessary with this home.

Everything went really well with this property except for the elevator. If the elevator was on the 2nd floor, I could not call it to the bottom floor. It would be nice to include details about closets as the one king bedroom did not have a closet and this created a problem. We were an older group, and having 3 floors was a bit too much for us. The house was clean, although I recommend the kitchen cabinets and drawers be cleaned.

Great house great location

You can’t beat this location to the beach and places to eat. Golf cart usage is an excellent amenity along with the elevator. We enjoyed our stay at Pearl paradise.
