Moose Lake Ranch was the perfect match for our family’s gathering. We enjoyed paddling on the lake, playing pickleball and sitting around the fire pit in the evening. We were glad to have a kitchen we could cook in. There was plenty of space to gather both inside and outside on the deck.

Callie is very nice, and the property is beautiful. It will always hold a special place in my heart because I got married there. With that being said, the owners were in and around the property every day we were there which just felt a little bit awkward. The doors on the back side of the house also didn’t lock or shut properly, so we had to put pieces of wood on the outside so that they would stop opening randomly. The shower had someone else’s shower stuff in it bathtub was a bit dirty - little things like this just stick out when comparing it to the price. The groundskeepers were amazing though and great through this whole process.

We really enjoyed our stay. Better than the pictures with much more seating in the living room and dining area than the pictures showed (there are 2 long rustic dining tables and a huge sectional couch). Perfect amount of space for our large family and friend group. We’d definitely love to come again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. There was plenty of room for everyone. There were many amenities. We had lots of outdoor activities including water sports and a great area for an evening fire for hotdogs and smores ! The weather was extremely hot but we were able to keep cool by the water. There were lots of water toys to use. Everyone enjoyed the boat rides, kayaking, jumping platform, and flotation toys. In the yard we played golf frisbee, basketball, pickleball, football and many other sports. We also caught several fish for dinner. The pickleball courts are a wonderful addition to the property. We also enjoyed all the picnic tables in Different areas of the property. We loved the grill for bbqing. It was a great time for all of us. We loved our family vacation time.

My group of 25 friends have stayed for a long weekend every winter for the past 4 years. The grounds are great, the hot tub is wonderful. There will occasionally be wear/wobble on chairs and such but that is just what happens with furniture - and I can attest that since our last stay they've replaced the large sofa in the main floor living room. The sound system is great as well (though it does skip a bit on the balcony, we just didn't use those speakers). Incredible value, friendly caretaker, no complaints.

Our 7th annual ski weekend was perfect. We had plenty of space for our entire crew and every amenity we could want. The caretaker met us at the property and walked us through everything which was great. He was very helpful and answered any questions that we had.We utilized every part of the house especially enjoying the pool table, poker table, hot tub, sauna and the spacious kitchen seating.We can't wait to come back again!

This is the perfect house for a large family gathering/multiple family gathering. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone We were busy with wedding activities at nearby Moonlit Ridge Estate which is just a few miles away.

Overall a grand house and property and has more places to sleep than it seems in the pictures. There are additional mattresses throughout in closets. We were the first wedding to use the on site tent and storage items, although I was not aware I would be the first. I was talked out of my initial tent rental through an outside company as I had booked that before a permanent tent was added to the property. The tent on site is huge and there are plenty of tables and chairs supplied. There were definitely some kinks to be worked out as those specific offerings are new to them. We had to fix the lighting before use and the generator did not give off as much power as expected. The cost is high for a self-service experience, but as are most wedding venues. The place was mostly clean, but small items like glass doors and bathroom mirrors were noticeably dirty. Many stays appear to be same day change, as when we arrived at 4:00 the cleaners were still finishing up due to a late checkout. Cleaners were very kind, they just have a huge house to get through in a short time. The fire pit is a great area and the deck has a lot of good seating areas. Hot tub is huge. Kitchen is also huge - well stocked. A great place to stay if you have a large group. Floating dock and little fishing boat are a cool addition. Sound system in the house is another cool factor, appeared to have a camera aimed at it. A lot of responsibility on the guest to stay at such a large property.

We had about 20 guests staying here for a birthday party and it could not have been more perfect. We got snowed in which added to the magic. The property manager was extremely attentive.

We had an awesome time at Moose Lake Ranch! It had plenty of space and everything we needed for a 17-person friend reunion. Plenty of space, great amenities, and right on the lake. Definitely secluded but we didn’t feel the need to venture away from the property. I would highly recommend the venue for a future stay!

Fantastic February Vacation at Moose Lake Ranch

The house was private, well maintained, and spacious. Our group had plenty to do: sledding, exploring the property, ping pong, pool, games, hot tub! The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful! We enjoyed every moment and hope to visit again!

Saturday Pond is peaceful and uncrowded, with calm water ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and relaxing on the dock. Unlike larger commercial lakes, it offers a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere that allows you to truly unplug.

What we love most is the balance: you feel completely tucked away in nature, yet you’re only about 30 minutes from skiing at Shawnee Peak, boat rentals, dining, and local attractions.

What truly makes the property exceptional is its location within a private cove. The home sits in the center of the cove, and we own the entire end of it — meaning the dock, shoreline, and swimming area feel completely secluded. There is no shared shoreline, no neighboring docks in view, and very little boat traffic passing through. The protected water remains calm and peaceful, making it ideal for families with children and for guests seeking a quiet, private lake experience.

The layout of the home was designed for connection. Multiple private suites allow for comfort and privacy, while expansive common areas, a theater room, game spaces, indoor sauna, hot tub, and outdoor sport court create natural gathering spaces.
