Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Fourth Bedroom: Second Floor - 3 Twin Bunks - Sleeps 6

All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool(open May-September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, conference room, playground, pickleball, ping pong, and more.

Each home has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.

We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.

We do not allow pets in this home.

My family and I are so grateful about the amazing experience in this beautiful property. Perfect location, plenty parking. Everything was accessible, comfortable, clean, we had everything we need and more, we felt like home. My little ones and I loved to set around the fire and toast mushmellows We enjoy both pools. The communication with the property manager was great ! We are looking forward to do this again !! Thank you so much for the excellent service! 😊
