SUMMARY
Welcome to “Brighton Beach,” our beautiful and convenient ground level beach home with exclusive sun patio (*the patio is not shared, but please note that the upstairs unit guests may walk through the patio to access their stairs), ideal for soaking up the San Diego sun. This cozy 2br+1ba offering is located in highly desirable South Mission Beach, just 2 houses to a swim friendly bay & white sandy beach. Also just 2 blocks from Mission Beach Jetty for surfing! Other highlights include dog friendly (well-trained dogs only and unfortunately no cats), 1 car garage, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, & sleeps 6 (4 adults MAXIMUM).
OUR HOME
This beachy home is conveniently situated on the ground level (no stairs!), with easy access to/from a swim friendly bay & a stretch of white sandy beach. The sun filled living room features beautiful wood floors, sofa bed sectional, ceiling fan, mounted SMART TV & gorgeous La Cantina sliding glass doors that lead to your very own expansive patio complete with outdoor lounge & dining seating + shade umbrella + BBQ.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinetry, modern white quartz counters, & stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining nook with built in bench seating. Further down the hallway are 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath (tub/shower combo), see BED & BATH Accommodations below…

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
