Short walk to the beach with traffic light at the Blvd.. and short stroll to bay complete with gazebo for sitting & watching sunsets.
2 nice size bedrooms & 3rd sleeping area has a full size raised platform bed .
Owner is providing blankets & pillows for 2025 season

beach cart
. Professionally landscaped yard with huge deck & outside shower. Detached garage for all your beach equipment . Short walk to ocean or bay , restaurants , mini golf & shops.
