Perfect location

1/2 way between the town of Williams and the Grand Canyon, this tiny home is perfect for seeing both. Spend a day at the Grand Canyon, then go to Pine country restaurant in Williams for the pie!

Stars and Sunsets

The hideaway house was a perfect place to wind down after a long day of hiking at the Grand Canyon. It had everything we needed. The sunsets and sunrises were stunning. We will definitely be back!

What a view

I have always wanted to try staying in a tiny house. There was plenty of room for us, and the place was perfect. I highly recommend grabbing a cup of tea and watching the sunrise.

Great pet friendly space!

Perfect location, close to Grand Canyon and close enough to gas stations and food truck options. The property was secluded and private and clean and cozy. The tiny house was spacious enough for me and my wife and our Bernedoodle! Perfect spot for us for a 1 or 2 night visit. Check in was super easy! Thank you for sharing your awesome space!

Perfect to tour the Grand Canyon

We enjoyed our stay! The listing is exactly as described and the host was super duper communicative which was much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable! The space inside was just right for us. The location is perfect...secluded but not too far from the Grand Canyon or from town. There is zero light pollution at night so star gazing is wonderful. Thank you!

Amazing!!

My son and I were celebrating his 16th birthday. This was the perfect home base as we explored everything the area had to offer. The owners have done a wonderful job with this tiny home. Everything was clean and well stocked! Not to mention great access to the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff We are so grateful we found this place!!

Good off grid location to stay

The place was clean and the location was close enough to the Grand Canyon for visiting. It is best for those looking for off grid. The road to the house is "very" bumpy but only about 400 feet long or so. I will add that although the star gazing is good in this location it was affected still someone by light from surrounding places and cars passing on the nearby road.

Awesome stay at a beautiful property

The house felt bigger than it looked in the posting. There was everything that we needed for a one night stay, but bring wood if you plan to have a fire. The surrounding grassland is absolutely beautiful and the star gazing is almost unmatched. Both mattresses were very comfortable and the temperature of the house was perfect. Would recommend this house to anyone and plan to book it again next time I visit the canyon.

Wide open sky

Hideaway Home is cozy and clean. There are two beds, warm blankets, and cute decor. The kitchen is sparse - just a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. We never figured out how to work the hot water heater. But the location is amazing - easy to drive to Grand Canyon, and the sunrises, sunsets, and stars were marvelous. We saw the Milky Way and shooting stars. It was the perfect place for us to stay!

nice but needs more storage

The road to the property was rutted to the point that it was good that we were in an SUV. Our other car wouldn't have made it to the house. There was no place for luggage. I understand that having a dresser in a tiny home would be difficult but hooks on the wall would have allowed for hanging some items.

Thank you for your feedback we are always striving to improve our guests stay. In our description we clearly explain the road is a little rough. Our home is located in close proximity to the main road and we have not had any issues accessing it in our compact car as long as we take it slow. We do have coat hooks installed in the tiny home, but will consider installing more.

Trek through AZ

Thank you for hosting us in your quaint tiny home! In general, we enjoyed our brief time at this location, but must admit that sleep was difficult for us both as the bed was rather uncomfortable and the pillows were almost paper-thin. Secondly, there was a ton of fresh firewood, starter, and a fire pit, but we were unable to burn it, per the check-in binder. Though, we witnessed several other campfires en route to the accommodation both nights. Overall though, a nice place to stay when passing through the Grand Canyon, etc. Probably not worth the expense - will stay closer to GCV next time. But glad to have experienced it this time.

So sorry you had a less than optimal stay! We wish you had reached out to us about these issues during your stay as they were easily fixable. The check in book clearly states to check to see if there is a burn ban. In this case there was no ban so you were totally free to enjoy a campfire! Also, we have extra pillows in the loft! We really strive to make every stay super memorable and enjoyable. We always welcome questions and want to provide the best experience for our guests.

Beautiful, yet cold stay in the winter

The tiny house is super nice! All arrival instructions/directions were super clear. However, likely not the best option for winter months due to the solar being undersized for the unit. It was cloudy/rainy upon arrival and we only had enough power to run the mini-split for a couple hours before needing to turn it off to conserve power. The second night it got down to 26 degrees, but we couldn’t run it at all because it didn’t charge enough during the day. We bought plenty of blankets and didn’t run much electricity in anticipation, but we estimated it was in the 40s inside by morning. Would definitely stay again, but maybe in the spring or fall!
