We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was beautiful, quiet, and the views were spectacular. We were impressed by how well organized and labeled everything was. No hunting for items or wondering what light switches controlled which fixtures. Kat was extremely responsive and quick to respond to any questions. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The views are beyond outstanding. The communication was prompt and informative, well done. The house has great space, could use a little maintenance. The boats are beautiful and the wildlife stunning. We seen orca’s from the deck. The views are simply impeccable. Kat is a GREAT host.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The host was amazing! The house was clean! We really enjoyed the balconies and the view! We also enjoyed using the kitchen. We are from the south so we were a little surprised to find that every room didn’t have air conditioning. We opened windows, used the air conditioners that were there and used fans and were fine (in the middle of August).

The property wasn’t what we expected from the pictures. There were lots of spiderwebs and spiders throughout the house indoors (including one huge spiderweb, and huge spider right above the master bed). It was very dark, a lot darker than it seems in the pictures. The couch in the living room was very small and wasn’t very comfortable at all. The bed we slept in was very comfortable in the king en suite room, but the whole vibe of the house was just kind of weird. It just wasn’t quite what I was expecting.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about your stay. We're sorry our villa didn't meet your expectations and appreciate you letting us know about the cleanliness concerns so we can address them with our team right away. It is odd as we had just completed a quality check inspection and there were no spiders or webs in the home. We have high cleaning standards, as our reviews reflect. We will definitely double check.

Beautiful property with excellent views of the bay. We saw dolphins, seals, sea otters and even an orka! So special for our multigenerational family! We enjoyed our family vacation in this unique house. The kitchen was well stocked, used both refrigerators and cooked several meals. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for 6 of us, same for our son & daughter in laws 2 small dogs. We saw ships pass by, hang glider, eagles, and seals pop up several times. Also walked to light house and strolled on the beach.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay here. The hosts were amazing and so easy to communicate with. The views over the water were gorgeous and we even saw seals up close. We didn’t get to utilize the outdoor spaces since it rained everyday but the chef’s kitchen made cooking dinner so fun!. Only downside was lots of delicate decorations , which was tough keeping them away with little kids. Overall beautiful home!!
