Seasonal Availability: The beach stairs, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ are unavailable from October 15 to May 15. The wood stove is not for use from May 15 to September 21.

SURVEILLANCE
Security cameras are in public access areas and do not have views of private cottage areas.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire cottage, deck, and hot tub, as well as shared access to the communal areas. Self-check-in is available using the cottage key secured inside a lockbox.

ADDITIONAL RULES
• Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 72 hours of booking, or the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
• Check-in: Begins at 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM to allow our team to prepare for arriving guests.
• Pet Policy: One dog is welcome; a pet fee applies per reservation. No cats or puppies under 12 months.
• Quiet Hours: From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
• No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the cottage.
• Safety and Care: Do not climb on, push against, or hang from structures, and please use caution near cliff edges.
• Hot Tub: Keep the hot tub covered when not in use. Place the covers and secure all latches after each use.
