Villa Kallergi - Nepheli is a new 450 m² holiday villa with pool in central Crete. This rental has three bedrooms extending on two floors and four levels with the capacity of six guests in total. It is an ideal choice for a holiday villa in Crete, best for families or small group of friends.
The villa has a large outdoor space of 120 m² with a 33 m² swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation. Next to the pool, guests can enjoy their cretan food under the refreshing shadow provided by a trellis.
Inside villa Nefeli Kallergi, on the ground floor, there is a main lounge with oak flooring, leather sofas, a wooden dining room/ For those who would like to rent a villa with a piano, ther is one on this floor. At the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, range and dishwasher as well as a WC for common use.
In the beautiful winter garden with the marble table, guests can enjoy their breakfast with a view to the villa’s pool.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with oak flooring and two iron twin beds with its own bathroom and toilet. This room has a balcony with a view to the villa's garden.
At the next level of this cretan villa stand two bedrooms: one two-single-bed room and one double-bed room, which is the master bedroom of the villa Nefeli Kallergi. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a toilet. All bedrooms have oak flooring and fairytale beds made of iron with wooden details, with an endless view to the cretan olive groves, the aegean sea and the villa's garden by the pool.
At the roof terrace of the villa Kallergi - Nepheli, guests can sunbathe enjoying the spectacular and clear view to the cretan olive groves and the Rethymnon bay, whereas in the sunset, the barbeque grill l will be the basis for unforgettable nights for our guests and their company, under the uncountable stars of the cretan sky.

Two levels lower inside the villa Nepheli Kallergi there is a bath with a spacious jacuzzi for special relaxing moments, after a long day of Crete sightseeing and excursions to the cretan beaches or cretan mountains.
For those who would like to exercise during their holidays in a villa in Crete, at the same level there is a gym with a stationary bicycle a treadmill, an abs workout instrument, dumbbells and a ping-pong table.
In a separate common area, the following facilities are provided: a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing system and an electric iron.
