Bring your family and unwind at this beautiful river house out in the country! This home has plenty of stuff to do both inside and out. And has a nice country privacy feel on little over 2 acres but located in a neighborhood. The house is equipped with a movie theater room, skee-ball machine and much more. And not to mention the amazing river views from the back rooms of the house!

NON PET FRIENDLY home!!!

The main floor of this lakeside home:
Master Suite:

~Tub (Garden tub no jets)

*Single half bathroom in hall "Guest bathroom".
*Laundry/mud room with a full size washer & dryer.

**This home is 2 story's and not handicap accessible!! Do not have ramps or anyway to access inside the house. Sorry.

PLEASE BE ADVISED that unfortunately, the HOA (Homeowners Association) does NOT allow guest access to the neighborhood boat ramp, floating dock, pavilion or the playground next-door. Please stay on OUR property at ALL TIMES!! And swim at your own risk in the river. It is a river so there is a current at pretty much moves at all times.

食器洗い機をセットし、スタートさせる
使用済みのベッドリネンをすべて剥がす、使用済みのタオルをまとめておく、エキストラベッドを収納する
私物を持ち帰る、食べ残しや飲み残しを捨てる、ごみを出す
消灯する、ドアの鍵をかける、鍵を返却する
これらを完了しない場合、オーナーから否定的な評価を受ける可能性があります。
If there are more than 10 people stay the night at the house, there is a $100/person per night fee that will be added to your stay. Not negotiable!!
If the hot tub has a lot of grass or mud in it when checking out there is an additional $100 cleaning fee. Hose is provided to rinse before entering!!
HOT TUB: If there are any damages occurred while using the hot tub your party will be responsible for covering the repairs and the materials.

We had an amazing stay for our long weekend getaway. The house was clean and just beautiful. We enjoyed every bit of it: from the games, the movie room, the fire pit, the kitchen and so much more. Definitely did not disappoint and we would be happy to come back!

We didn't have kids with us and were staying there to be closer to the wedding venue in Danville, so we didn't spend much time there. The house is gorgeous and it looks like a great place to hang out with family and friends. I would be worried with kids due to all the rules that were emailed, posted, etc. Glad we had all adults!

Beautiful home with a fantastic layout. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather together. This was our second stay at this house and both visits were brilliant!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. The place was clean and well taken care of. The beds were very comfy. The place accommodated 3 little families with kids ranging 1 year old to 15 years old. The movie theater was a big hit with the kids and adults.

Beautiful Home. Beautiful setting.

While a bit of a drive from town (~20 mins from Danville) on some winding roads, this house is beautiful and was perfect for our family who was in to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Centre College. House is as advertised with beautiful features inside and great views. Wonderful screened in porch with views of the river and great kitchen and entertaining space. Loved the hot tub and the quiet and private neighborhood and space. Host was great - timely check in and checkout instructions and very responsive when I had a few questions. Definitely recommend!!

This house is amazing!

This house is absolutely amazing! Very clean, modern and spacious. Easy to communicate with host and we did not have any issues that needed to be addressed. It does take 20 min or so to get to Danville so it nice to be prepared with groceries/needs before arrival. Would definitely recommend or book again if family comes to visit in the future.

Great Stay!

Basically a brand new house! The layout was great for a big group hopping on the bourbon trail, a bit of drive from some distilleries but with a larger group that each wanted a bed it was a can’t miss. We had one minor issue that the owner took care of very quickly (within the hour). Beautiful property and great stay. Hope to stay here again!

Scenic and new property

the property is very new and has great accommodations from a total bedroom and bathroom perspective. It's also extremely peaceful and quite. That being said, it is a slight hike from town to this location (~30min), so make sure you have everything you need before arriving (IE no easy morning coffee jogs). That's not to say it's a negative, but something to be aware of as you're planning food or trips outside of the house.

Amazing Property

If your idea is to get away but not be too far away for dinning and attractions then this is your place. The drive in feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but you're no more then 15-20mins (depending on traffic) to downtown Danville and if you want pizza there is delivery in the area (so your not that far away from stuff). If we ever stay in the area again this will be our first choice.

Fantastic Lake Herrington Vacation Home!!

We thoroughly enjoyed a long girls weekend at this Lake Herrington property that is absolutely amazing! There’s nothing you need that the owner hasn’t already thought of for all adults groups or families with babies. From assorted games (including a full size skee ball machine) to every kitchen utensil you’d ever need to a huge ice maker - all you need to bring is your food, beverages and some fun loving friends or family. Our days were spent on the screened porch relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery and evenings were spent inside enjoying the many amenities downstairs which include a hot tub and a full theater room. I’m a fairly frequent traveler and this is one of the top properties I have rented. It is definitely worth a repeat visit. Kudos to the owners for all the extra touches and for putting so much thought into such a lovely home.
