Our home is located on a corner lot with off-street parking for 5 cars. You can relax by the electric fireplaces in the living room and main bedroom, or enjoy the outdoor firepit and BBQ grill on the back deck, where you can also swing on the porch swings, soak in the hot tub under the gazebo. Our home has Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, as well as sound machines and ear plugs to help you sleep soundly

Our home is designed to accommodate up to nine guests and make you feel at home. You can choose from three bedrooms, each with a different size and style of bed. Both bathrooms are located on the first floor, as this is a story and a half historic home.

The entire home is available to guests with the exception of a small housekeeping closet under the stairs & shed out back. The backyard is dreamy with hot tub, gazebo, porch swings, lights, firepit & stars.

YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY AND MUST BE A GUEST DURING THE ENTIRE STAY. Government ID is required.

★**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. We also have exterior security cameras for the protection of our property and safety of our guests. NO PETS ALLOWED ON OR IN PROPERTY. You can find railroad tracks on our street in front of the home. It varies as to how often and how many trains pass by each day/night. Sound machines and ear plugs are provided to guests. Train enthusiasts love this aspect of our home! The train is a part of the history of our home and Harrodsburg.

Please notify us when you have vacated the property. If possible, we like to have the property prepared and cleaned for the next guests as soon as possible. We have exterior security cameras for the safety of our property and guests.

✔ We will not approve modification requests that are outside of the moderate cancellation policy as stated in the listing as we have turned other guests away for your dates.
