AS you walk in to your newly renovated coastal getaway you have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need! It is open to you living and dining room space to enjoy making memories with your family and friends! Dining Room table seats 6 and room for 4 at the kitchen bar! Living room has a fold out couch and 2 chairs with tons of natural light that comes in from windows overlooking the balcony and Ole River and 58" TV. Master Bedroom with King bed and premium mattress for a restful sleep, private bathroom, and private access to balcony. In the Guest bedroom you have twin bunk beds, and a queen bed with premium mattresses! Full bathroom in Hallway! Custom touches throughout the condo that will ensure you have an amazing stay!! Pool, grills, observation gazebo, boat parking, and more!! Book your stay today!

I will be available by text/call if you need me for any reason. Guests will have a unique access code to enter the property via the electronic door lock.

This is a small Condominium Complex. Easy to get in and out of. Very laid back. Always plenty of room around the pool. Beach Access directly across the street.

You can park in any of the uncovered parking spots. Overflow parking you can park in the gravel lot where the trailers are but this shouldn't be necessary there is usually always parking available.

1 Parking Pass Included 2nd Pass $30

Boaters - If you are bringing your boat it is a $50/n boat slip rental. No trailer parking at the condo. Most guest just leave truck and trailer at public boat ramp.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking

A $200 security hold will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for the Mullet toss. Such a nice place, very clean. Walking distance to the Flora-Bama and other attractions. Jon the owner was awesome. Defined would stay again.

Clean, well maintained. Quiet location, much less crowded described by my son as calm. Nice size swimming pool. Dock area clean providing nice area to fish as well as enjoy the view while you swing. Kitchen is well stocked. Owner responsive to all messages promptly as well as check in to ensure all is going smoothly. I would stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

The getaway was relaxing and well needed for my family. My parents had not been on vacation since post COVID. Both of them are in their mid 80s and they enjoyed themselves to the fullest. It made me so happy to see them having such a wonderful time. The property had everything we needed in a home away from home. I hate we could not stay longer but unlike my parents my husband and I had to return to work.

Great time!

This was our first time to stay here. We come to Orange Beach a couple times a year and love to bring our boat, so we like to stay at places that have a boat slip so we can watch our boat. My only complaint would be trying to find a spot to keep the boat trailer. We will not leave at a public launch so had to pay a storage fee off site. Other than that, we have no other complaints. We can't say enough about the host, Jon. He was AWESOME! We will definitely be back!

Great stay, long walk

Overall we had a great stay. Space was just large enough for our family with 2 adults and 3 kids ages 8-12, but no room to spare. Kitchen supplies were adequate but more silverware would be useful. The balcony provided great views for sunsets, boaters, and dolphins. The biggest disappointment for us was the distance from the beach access. The walk would have been at least a quarter mile on the bike path along the highway. While it would be possible, and the provided cart would be very helpful, it wasn't a good option for us. We drove to the local public beach. The overall location is great and the pool wasn't busy when we weren't at the beach.

Convenient little condo

Overall, the condo is just ok. The living area and master look good, but a new mattress is needed in the master. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo that is in great need of being recaulked. Both baths are showing their age. We had a couple of problems with the doors and the landlord was very responsive. A couple of suggestions if you’re planning to stay here: bring your own bath and laundry soap, and dishwasher detergent. You are provided a single use packet of each by the landlord that won’t get you through a week. The owner offers a wagon and beach chairs, but it’s not easy to access the beach, especially with small children. However, the view of the docks and bay is very nice.

Hey Johanna I hate your stay was not worth a 5 star review but I appreciate the feedback and will address the tub/shower. I will make a mention for guest with longer stays to consider bringing some of the items you mentioned so they are prepared if they plan to cook and wash clothes. The beach access is advertised as best I can when booking and if I recall you have stayed in Jubilee landing before so were aware of the beach access before booking. Again thank you for your stay and hope to host you again in the future!
