Summary:

Jubliee Landing 210 has the best of ALL worlds! From direct water access, first come first serve boat rental slips, unobstructed gulf views, private large balcony, and short walk to the beach! Enjoy this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit that sleeps 6! Recently renovated with beautiful coastal colors and furniture, you can ensure you will have a peaceful & comfortable vacation! Let's not forget proximity, this complex is only 0.5 miles from Florabama and much more entertainment spots/restaurants!



The Space:

This property features large living and bedroom areas to sleep 6! The primary bedroom features a king bed and secondary room features 2 twin beds! Queen sleeper couch in the living room!



Guest Access:

For your stay, you will have full access to unit 210, the pool area, bbq pits, and outdoor seating! The beach is directly across the street from the complex but no deeded beach access. That beach access does not belong to Jubilee Landing and renters are not allowed to use this beach area. The nearest public beach area is 0.5 miles when exiting right out the complex or you can utilize the beach access at Florabama.



There are also first come first serve boat slips that have to be reserved with at least 24 hour notice. Boat slips cost $50/night and you must provide proof of insurance, boat registration, and size of boat in order to get a boat pass for the slip. You are not allowed to park your boat trailer at the complex per HOA, only owners can park boats/trailers at the complex in front parking lot. You can park your boat trailer at Hopkins Boat Storage at 27236 Canal Rd Orange Beach, AL for a minimal price.



The Neighborhood:

Jubilee Landing is located only 0.5 miles from Florabama restaurant and bar! Quick drive or walk to enjoy drinks, nightlife, concerts, fireworks, and more! Also located only a short distance from the Pass and other incredible restaurants Orange Beach has to offer!



Getting Around:

You can park in any parking spot on the right handed side when entering the complex. Do not park under the complex, this is reserved for owners only. The parking fee is $25/per pass. $25 will be included in your stay. If you need additional parking passes, we will request $25 for each additional pass.



Other Things to Note:

Please eat at designated eating areas such as dining room table, bar stools, and balcony seating to avoid stains on furniture.

We love smaller complexes, and JubileeLanding is a favorite! Views of Old River and the gulf is a plus. This condo was extremely clean, well furnished, and had a great kitchen. Easy check in and out . I also loved the magnifying make up mirror! Outside areas are clean and well kept . Would vacation again in this unit .

Beautiful condo!

Very clean, beautiful views, and owners communication was the best! Will definitely be back! My boys loved fishing off the pier at night and caught so many different species of fish. I wish there was deeded access to the beach across the street but the public beach is just a short drive down the road. Everyone at the condo was so friendly and I love that it was smaller than the huge condominiums. I was able to let my 13 year old fish while I watched from the balcony. We had a great trip!

This complex is one of the few complexes that allow guests to store their boat during their stay! There is first come first serve boat slips available for rent which is $50 per night. Imagine waking up being able to get in your boat for a day of fun, walk across the street to the beach, or enjoy being only 0.5 miles away from Florabama!
