The property was very clean and perfect for our needs. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, which was relaxing. We even met one of the neighbors who was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again

The apartment is lovely! The space is comfortable and made for a great visit to Seattle. The patio is a great space to enjoy the beautiful city views (including the space needle!). The location is also great. Exactly where I wanted to be to enjoy the Junction and visit friends. I hope to stay again next time I’m in town.

This is my second time staying at Joe's Place. I was so glad it was available again for this trip. His apartment is clean with a beautiful view. So close to everything in West Seattle. I hope this property is available the next time I visit Seattle!

Great location! Apartment was clean.Was as pictured, note small kitchen table with hard seated chairs. No freezer in small fridge. If you're planning on taking advantage of all the good restaurants and shopping, then it's not a problem. Nice evening views!

We chose this location to be near our friends who live nearby. Walkable to town, a plus. Some of the instructions for accessing the lock, using the TV are outdated. Clean basic accommodations. No complaints.

The view from the front window is beautiful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner is friendly and responsive. Great location, too. I'd totally stay here again!

This location is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants are a walkable distance, albeit a bit of a grade up and down. Public transportation in Seattle is excellent and selecting an appropriate route is simple with the King County Metro "trip planner". If you choose to use it, I encourage you to purchase an ORCA card.There is a great view of the downtown skyline from the idyllic, private patio. I might add, if you intend to see Seattle highlights, look into buying a CITY PASS. For one fee we experienced The Needle, Chihuly glass, the Aquarium, MOPOP and a harbor tour. Joe was quick to respond and provided useful information. The 3 of us enjoyed our stay very much.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The space was clean, in a nice neighborhood, within walking distance to many stores and shops, and just a short drive to downtown. It was perfect for our few days sightseeing in Seattle.

The location was fantastic and Joe was super communicative. The view from the seating area outside was gorgeous and the inside was very comfortable. He keeps the inside at a perfect temperature so we were warm the whole stay. The water heater was also top notch so the showers were nice and warm. It was a great place to stay.
