This house was a wonderful stay. It was complete with everything we could need with tons of space, and is located in a quiet and peaceful area, close to lots of restaurants and attractions.

Such a great property! As mentioned by several others the place is thoughtfully stocked with everything one could need! The hot tub was definitely a nice bonus. Super cute house with plenty of space and a super cute neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Our second time there and great as usual. Cedar wood (?) hot tub is an added “luxury” touch.

Extremely well stocked rental, perfect for our family and small dog. Close to lots of restaurants and not too far to get to downtown. Cedar hot tub is a nice bonus! The downstairs part of the house is really nice, too, we didn't use it much but the bedroom and bathroom down there are nice and it has a small second kitchen. The host was very attentive. Will definitely look for availability here again!

This was our first Vrbo experience and it was a great one! The home was cozy, clean, and stocked with all the things you could think of needing. We stayed with our baby and the provided pack and play was so convenient! Our older little kids loved having their own space downstairs to feel independent and play games provided by the host. Not our situation but would be a great space for 2 smaller sized families given there’s backyard access from upstairs and basement as well as a kitchen (!!!) and bathroom on each level. The house isn’t open concept which means there’s plenty of doors you can shut to create spaces for privacy or to keep littles contained in certain zones which was a big win for us. Easy to get to and lots to do in the neighborhood.

This property was absolutely gorgeous, perfect for exactly what we needed. The house has literally everything you may need. Check in process was seamless, we will totally stay here again.

Sweet charming cottage with everything you need. Host is amazing, extra helpful and responsive.Everything is well thought out, and extra points for the best coffee grinder and a French press for coffee. Towel warmers are great, especially nice if using the hot tub every day like we did.Thanks so much, we'll definitely be back!

Lee's property was great! The location was just what we needed. Close to downtown, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The property felt intimate, cozy and had everything we needed. He not only catered to us, but our dog as well. I took the bedroom off the kitchen, which was the smallest, but was incredibly comfortable. The bed, the pillows and the black out shades had me sleeping like a baby. The downstairs area is like another house. Plenty of room for more than just the three of us and a dog. Although we didn't need anything, Lee made sure to check on us regularly to ensure our stay was the best experience. We will def plan to stay again! Thanks for a great stay Lee!

The house worked very well for our family of 4 plus a couple of dogs. Having the downstairs, which was fully equipped with bathroom and kitchen and accessible to the hot tub outside was a big benefit. Lee was very responsive to emails before, during and after our trip. The house is near the light rail, which some family members used to go to UW for a game.

We have stayed at many rental homes over the years. Yours was definitely the best! Our dog Cobo has the same opinion. Everything was very clean, extremely well and thoughtfully equipped (kitchen, bathroom, dog bed/poo bags, chargers, games and game table, etc., etc.), wonderful wooden hot tub, interior design touches (we got some ideas for our own home). The list goes on and on. We will definitely stay at your place again. Thank you!

Lee Goldman is a wonderful VRBO host -- great communication, kind, friendly, and helpful. His property is beautiful -- lovely craftsman-era house and well-kept yard. In this sweet house, my husband and I enjoyed a quiet reunion with our sons and our daughter-in-law. We ordered dinner online to be delivered, we decorated the dining table with birthday party favors, and we played family-fun card games -- while catching up with each other during precious in-person conversations. The kitchen was clean and very well stocked. Our bedrooms were clean and warmly cozy. The bathrooms were clean and delightfully decorated. Our family definitely will rent Lee Goldman's perfect VRBO for another family reunion in future!

Staying in this home was an absolute joy. Every (and I do mean every) room was well-appointed. The living room is large and welcoming with comfy couches, chairs and USB chargers. The kitchen is well-appointed with dishes, pots and pans, appliances like a blender, toaster, instant pot and more. There are extra amenities in the bathrooms if one forgets a personal item. The bedrooms all feature black out curtains (if you choose them), and USB and magnetic wireless phone chargers. I believe that our host, Lee, thought of everything that one might need to enjoy this home. Communication was perfect with the host. Timely, but not intrusive. We were all really happy with our stay. Thank you! We hope to stay with you again on our next trip to Seattle.

One of the rare vacation rentals that feels more like a home than a house. Very cozy, every amenity you can imagine, comfortable beds, and charming decor. My pup appreciated the dog amenities as well!
