Inside, this four-bedroom townhouse welcomes you with a generous living area anchored by soaring high ceilings, modern light fixtures, and a layout built for groups who actually want to spend time together. Whether you're counting down to your first park morning or winding down after a long day on your feet, this home gives you the space to do it properly.

 

Living space

The main living area is open and airy, with high ceilings that lend the room a sense of scale you won't find in a standard rental. A dedicated workspace is tucked in for anyone who needs to catch up on emails, and the home's smart lock and self check-in setup mean arrivals happen on your schedule, not anyone else's.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and six beds. On the ground floor, the first master bedroom comes with its own private bathroom - ideal for adults who want a little separation from the rest of the group. Upstairs, the second master bedroom opens directly onto a private balcony furnished for outdoor relaxing, offering a quiet nature view and a welcome retreat after a day out. Two additional bedrooms bring the magic indoors: a Frozen-themed room and a Star Wars-themed room, both decorated with younger guests in mind and designed to make the trip unforgettable for the little ones.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast before the parks to a proper sit-down dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and a full set of cooking basics - pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper - alongside dishes and silverware. Initial supplies are included: dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, and kitchen towels, among others.

 

Bathrooms

Four bathrooms across the home mean no bottlenecks on busy mornings. Starter supplies - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper - are provided for your arrival.

 

Laundry & extras

An in-unit washer and dryer are available at no extra charge - a practical bonus for longer stays. The home also comes with essentials: towels, bed sheets, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, hair dryer, and a first aid kit. A crib and pack 'n play are available for families traveling with infants.

The Premium Outlets are 12 miles out for a shopping break, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 27 miles - a 30-minute drive. Check-in is from 4 PM; checkout is by 10 AM.



Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with check-in instructions 24 hours prior to the check-in. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a unique code which will be valid for the duration of your stay.
