FALL & YEAR-ROUND GETAWAYS

Lake Michigan isn’t just for summer. Fall brings cooler weather, beautiful wooded surroundings, beach walks and sunsets without the summer crowds. Enjoy nearby apple orchards, pumpkin patches, fall activities, hiking and scenic drives, or spend the day exploring the shops, cafés and restaurants of St. Joseph and South Haven.

Families can also visit the Curious Kids’ Museum, Silver Beach Carousel, Air Zoo, local nature centers and trails for biking and hiking.

PARKING & PROPERTY GUIDELINES

The condo includes one designated parking space directly across from the entry stairs, with additional unassigned parking available in front and on the south side of the building.

The property does not allow parking of personal watercraft, motorized sport vehicles, campers or trailers.

COMFORT & AMENITIES

The condo has high-speed internet, heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Two large-screen TVs with Xfinity Flex allow you to sign into your own streaming services. Please note that traditional cable service is not provided.

POOL, BEACH & GOLF CART

Guests have access to our private sandy Lake Michigan beach.

The heated community pool is typically open from late June through early September (currently closed), depending on weather and maintenance. Pool availability is outside our control, so refunds or discounts cannot be provided if the pool is unavailable during your stay.

A golf cart is included May through October for convenient trips between the condo and beach.

QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBORS

This is a condominium community, and sound can travel between units. Similar to a hotel or other shared building, we ask guests to be considerate of neighboring occupants.

Quiet hours are 11 PM–8:30 AM.

HOUSE RULES

This is our family’s second home. Because of severe family allergies, pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the condo.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests are expected to follow community and property guidelines throughout their stay.

PACKAGE DELIVERIES

If you need a package delivered during your stay, please select “Leave at Unit Door” whenever possible. If door delivery is unavailable, we recommend using a nearby Amazon Locker, UPS Store, FedEx pickup location or another package pickup service.

Our HOA restricts access to the building’s secured mailroom to owners. Guests cannot retrieve packages delivered there. If a package is accidentally delivered to the mailroom, retrieval requires a special trip by our local cleaner/property manager and is subject to a $30 service fee.

• Golf — Harbor Shores in St. Joseph offers championship golf along the Lake Michigan shoreline

St. Joseph and South Haven are nearby for shopping, restaurants, beaches, family activities and seasonal events.
