Chic & Elegant Golf Course Condo

This spectacular 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features two large bedrooms with one being a very large and gracious master suite with double wall length closets, a king size bed and a massive bathroom with a giant soaking tub and 2 spacious vanities. There are jaw dropping mountain views from literally every window and angle of this home! Some of the best views in this valley and there are no neighbors above you!

The home sleeps all comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive master suite, 2 twin beds in the second guest room and a queen size pullout sofa bed.

The kitchen is amazing and completely set up! Stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need. If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a large format flat screen television in the living area and the master suite and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. Both the TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.

Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on one of the roomy patios in the super comfy lounge chairs and light up the BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals.

As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.

In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 2 new bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood.

Speaking of the neighborhood, you don’t get better or more centrally located than Desert Falls Country Club. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf? There are dozens of incredible public courses nearby including the incomparable Desert Willow Golf Resort with the Firecliff and Mountain View courses just right around the corner.

House is located in a gated community. The security at the gate is 24/7 and strict, which I love. Upon arrival, the house was clean and had everything I needed. The host is very accommodating and great with communication. I highly recommend and will definitely rent from this host again if needed!

This condo was so clean and had everything you could need. Drew was extremely attentive and very easy to communicate with. The location is the best - right on the golf course and pools were nearby. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio- so relaxing. Can’t wait for our next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Key reasons: condo was very clean, well stocked and property manager Drew, was wonderful...very accommodating and responsive. He actually cared that we were having a good experience! Also towels and linens were newer and quality not like some places we've stayed. Awesome Family Home

My family and I loved this great townhome. My hubby and I with our 3 kids and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Great wifi because of course I had a little work but kids swam and then could chill and the kitchen was great for all our meals. Great touches by the exceedingly friendly property manager and I apprcviate how clean the place was for my family. Definitely will be back and can’t wait.

Doesn’t Get Any Better!!

Well another home run stay at another fabulous property of Drew's in our favorite vacation spot in the Desert. As usual the place was immaculate, spotless and stocked with everything we could have wanted and more. Love all Drew's touches he does at all his places! My wife loved the soaking tub in the primary bathroom and I got to sit and watch golfers all day with the most incredible views.

We have stayed at a ton of great places for tennis tournaments, but this place tops the list! Drew was the best, most communicative host. Place was clean and spacious. Loved the backyard porch overlooking the golf course. Safe community, excellent pool & spa access. Tennis.courts available through country club. 10-15 min from IWTG. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Great place though the pictures dont do it justice. Hospital clean with every detail thought of - even sanitized remote control covers. Very friendly and helpful property manager Drew and this neighborhood its located in is very central to everything down here. We ate out most meals and there are just a ton of places to do so. Loved the views and the water pressure! 😂

Everything was perfect. The property was very clean. The patio is spacious. The umbrella is useful in the morning. The BBQ grill worked perfectly. The wifi is fast. The beds are firm and comfortable. The amenities are what we were looking for. The temperature was really the first week 95 to 105 degrees). But the air conditioning worked just fine and kept us comfortable. We really felt at home. Drew, the property manager, is very caring. He checked up on us to make sure everything was okay. If ever needed, he is easy to reach and quick to. I could go on and on. We truly loved it.

Relaxing stay with amazing views in beautiful modern condo on the golf course!

The property was meticulously clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable and relaxing with a comfy sectional and large flatscreen TV in the living room— . Every detail was perfect. There were brand new luxurious towels in the bathrooms, a generous selection of coffees for the Kuerig, and even a brand new large umbrella outdoors on the patio, a perfect spot to relax while taking in the magnificent Mountain View’s! Drew was truly an incredible host, one of the best I’ve ever encountered in all the places we have stayed over the years. Quick to respond, very attentive, kind and even bent over backwards to ensure we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Even brought over hikes for us to use the morning after we checked in! He made the stay truly remarkable. We look forward to staying again at this lovely modern condo in the desert.
