Villa Family Affair boasts a newly renovated 1800 sq, ft. property with three bedrooms, two bathrooms,
a spacious great room and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. A furnished patio with a gas barbecue completes this wonderful vacation home.

The variety of events and activities which are held throughout the year in and around Palm Desert are boundless. The Palm Springs Desert Golf Classic, Indian Wells Masters Tennis Tournament, Palm Springs All-Breed Dog Show, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, and the Palm Springs International Film Festival are but a few of the many cultural and sporting venues that are extremely popular and sure to please.

Palm Desert hosts an abundance of high-end shopping and fine dining restaurants just minutes away from the Chaparral Country Club and you will find many gaming casinos that are but a short drive throughout the desert cities.

Great place!!!

Very comfortable condo, well stocked and has a very nice flow to it. Pool and spa very close with a nice quiet neighborhood. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Only remained because had business and other matters, and deadlines that could not be interrupted with going elsewhere. The unit was:Unclean (had to be cleaned), old, half-eaten food remained in freezer, had see-through blinds where anyone could peer in, patio filthy, master bedroom furniture and washer especially old/worn (this can not be masked by large smart TV), everything was thrown together like a rush-job,

Perfect spot

We came down to watch the BNP and play some tennis and golf on our own. Condo was the perfect layout for our group. Having tennis courts close by was a big plus. Highly recommend Robert’s property!

Good experience at Chapparal

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The pool is right across the street. The interior has been modernized, the furniture comfortable . The community is quiet and safe. Robert was easy to contact and helpful when we had any questions.

The perfect spot in the desert

The house is exactly as in the pictures, spacious and well equipped. The pool is literally across the street and the residents only used it early in the morning, so we had it all to ourselves:-) Everything was clean and really nice. Thank you for a very warm and relaxing holiday

Perfection!

The Villa was a great spot for a girls weekend. Everything is updated and remodeled beautifully, and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Super smooth check in process and Robert was a great host! Thank you for the fabulous digs for the weekend!

Was actually even better than I expected!

Everything was more or less as I expected given the pictures provided, however the outdoor area, though quaint is actually really nice! We spent some time out there, just enjoying the view of the mountains during the day and at night. Just be aware of the 12:19pm sprinklers, haha! We got caught off guard one afternoon and got a little wet. It's right across the street from the pool/jacuzzi, which is super convenient. Would definitely book again. Robert was very responsive.

We had a wonderful time. The wind decided to blow one day but even then we went to the BINGO at the casino. Great host and property was beautiful

Nice place to stay

Pros- place is very clean. Looks like something’s were recently renovated. The area around the house has small pool, tennis and golf. It’s quiet and views are pleasant. They had things stocked like foil, etc which was nice. Cons-communication w property manager. I emailed property manager twice before I came inquiring whether there was tennis courts and never heard back. The manager forgot to give me the code to get in. Finally, The maid came at 7AM on Saturday vs 11AM. The bed linens are horrible. Polyester sheets, old blankets, etc. Definitely request better linens. Would be great if property had its own lounge chairs vs just at the pool.

Palm Desert Trip

Really nice condo in a very nice community. Plenty of household items, towels, etc. for guests. Kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom was fabulous. Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable Stay

Everything was as listed in the VRBO website. Check in very easy and Robert was accommodating and quick to respond to any problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !!!

My wife and I loved the property, location, weather, and even the visiting road runner. The house was well appointed and decorated. The pool and hot tub were close and the neighbors were friendly.. We want to stay there next year.

Desert getaway

This is a great place to stay, the condo and the resort is immaculate. There was every amenity we needed in the home. It is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was a very comfortable space to return to after a days hiking. We also enjoyed the pool close to the unit. The small issue we encountered was a delay in security getting our reservation confirmation. Having said that the security is good as we were not allowed in until this was sorted out.

Lovely home

We had a lovely stay for a long weekend. Neely remodeled so everything was clean and in nice shape. The pool and hot tub were just across the street, very convenient.

The pictures don't do it justice

This condo was perfect for our needs. The owner thought of everything you would need, down to tape. It was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. My sisters and I were visiting for a family medical emergency. We were able to relax and focus on what needed to be taken care of from the condo. The internet speed was great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic needs. The pots, pans, knives, and utensils were the best quality I've seen in a nightly rental. I was able to make my parents' favorite soup with the same ease as being in my own home. This home was a blessing in a difficult time.

Exceeded expectations

This is our third trip to the Coachella Valley and will be one of our favorite locations. This villa is all that’s advertised and more. The kitchen is well supplied with all we needed to create our own meals. We enjoyed morning coffee and eating meals on the patio. The grill was an added bonus for cooking and enjoying the outdoors- hummingbirds & rabbits joined us on the patio as well. The bed in the main room was comfortable. Bathrooms are nicely updated and well lit. The desk and office chair were beneficial for the one of us who was working during our stay. Beyond the excellent villa is the wonderful friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub across the street. Make sure to pack swimwear even in the winter. Citrus was plentiful in the neighborhood and several neighbors invited us to pick grapefruit, oranges and lemons from their trees. We enjoyed walking trails through the mountains (an easy drive), The Living Desert zoo and local restaurants. Robert was super with an immediate response at check in. We highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

Our family came down to Palm Desert for a Lacrosse tournament. This condo was perfect for us. It was clean and exactly as advertised. The owners were easy to communicate with.. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice modern 3 BR at Chaparral

Located in Chaparral CC, but not on the golf course. Modern unit recently renovated. Very nice kitchen, excellent master bath with huge spa tub. Lots of space; good for a large family. Pool very handy across the street. And very bright and cheerful.
