Welcome to a luxurious and comfortable getaway! Stunning 1BD / 1BA modern apartment with fine Italian furnishings and minimalist design. Bright and open plan living/dining/kitchen with a fully equipped cooks kitchen, high speed WiFi, and washer/dryer. Plush king bed and newly built bright bathroom. A simple stroll takes you to charming cafés and restaurants in the sought after Willows neighborhood, downtown Palo Alto and Stanford University areas. Quick access to Highway 101, Silicon Valley epicenters as well as vacation destinations.
This is a quiet neighborhood, please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay and treat our property with respect.
• Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
• Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Visitors, if any, require host’s previous approval. Breaking this rule will result in immediate eviction.
• Alterations to the original booking require Host's approval and may be subject to additional charges.
• Guests will not be eligible for a refund if they cancel the reservation outside of the cancellation policy's specified timeframe. This policy also applies to delayed arrivals or shortening the duration of the stay.
• Absolutely NO parties, events, loud music or any kind of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior permitted.
• No smoking is allowed in the home or anywhere on the property. If you or any of your guests violate this rule during your stay, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be applied to your account.
• No Pets are allowed on the property. If this no pets rule is broken, it will lead to immediate eviction and additional fees will be incurred.
• Driveway uncovered parking is limited to 1 car. City ordinance prohibits overnight off-street parking between the hours of 2-5 a.m. It is strictly prohibited to park boats, trailers, motorhomes, oversized vehicles, recreational vehicles or additional vehicles.
• Remove your shoes while in the house. Keep our floors in good condition for future guests.
• Please report any damages incurred or problems at the home immediately.
• Missing or damaged items, or any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay will be your responsibility.
• Do not rearrange the furniture.
• Do not disconnect any connected devices.
• Turn off heater while away from the home.
• Exterior security camera may be in use.
• Please recycle and conserve water. Help us protect the environment!
• Fully independent apartment on the second level. Access to the unit is by a flight of stairs; there is no elevator available.
Note for longer stays:
• An additional cleaning fee of $125.00 USD will applied for stays longer than 14 days.
• Additional terms will apply for stays longer than 29 days. Contact host for details.
