Comfortable Family/Executive/Intern Stay Near META, Google, Stanford & Palo Alto

Our home is a two-story house, and all three bedrooms are located on the second floor, so it may not be the best fit for guests who require first-floor accommodations. Exterior window cleaning is a separate service from our internal cleaners. Our house is over 100 years old and two story. We have been rescheduled several times by the cleaning company with expertise to do the second floor windows. We hear your concern and will address it forthwith.

Regarding your comments about cleanliness and the exterior, I’d like to clarify a few things. Cleanliness is something I take very seriously, and it’s consistently praised in other reviews. I work closely with a professional cleaning team to ensure high standards are met. The mention of garbage around the exterior is surprising and not reflective of the condition guests typically find —but there are a few things stored in the backyard and off to the side. That said, I value constructive feedback and will absolutely take your comments into consideration. I’m currently reviewing the yard setup and window hardware to improve both comfort and safety. The note about the bullet hole is understandable. However the hole was caused by a neighbor’s children playing with a BB gun and was left at the request of their parents. In light of your comments we will reconsider. I’m glad you still enjoyed your stay overall, and I hope you’ll consider visiting again in the future to see the improvements firsthand.

I don’t know why this guest rated a 3 because he didn’t say anything specific. He just gave a rating. Some guests just rate low. Our house is very clean. We pride ourselves on that.
