Truly our best rental stay ever!

Beautiful Condo!! This place was clean, well stocked to our needs and perfect location to great restaurants and shopping. Just a few blocks from the Vanderbilt Beach. Great communication with the host making our check-in and check-out so easy. Thank you Tom and Rick for making our stay Perfect! Looking forward to our return visit!!

Great stay!

We had a most enjoyable stay! The condo was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. The host even had flowers & champagne waiting for us upon arrival. The condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated. We especially loved being able to walk only a block to Vanderbilt Beach. The host was very accessible during our stay and we were greeted personally when we first arrived. We would absolutely stay here again!

Winter Getaway

The condo was clean and had great amenities. The owner was great to communicate with. Easy walk to the beach. The biggest problem was all the construction going on within the property grounds and around the property. The workers started at 6:30 a.m. and sometimes worked overnight and sometimes on Sundays. Hard to get a good night's sleep. Would return in the future when construction is finished.

This is a great property to stay at. It's a great location to the beach and to surrounding restaurants and shops. The new heated pool and hot tub were a nice refresher from the beach. The A/C worked great especially on those hot days. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels were provided. Highly recommend.

We are happy to provide restaurant, museum and and activity recommendations. We have been in Naples for over 30 years and hope you love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

It overlooks the lagoon and has nice views of boats on the water as well as the occasional dolphin or alligator. It is an EASY 1/2 block to the wonderful sugar-white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. Although a car is nice, if you like to walk or ride bikes you can get to a lot of great things like Whole Foods, LA Fitness, Yoga Studios, Publix, KC Bistro and all the bars and restaurants of Mercado about 1 mile+- away. There is an assigned parking space should you bring a car.
