Truly our best rental stay ever!

Beautiful Condo!! This place was clean, well stocked to our needs and perfect location to great restaurants and shopping. Just a few blocks from the Vanderbilt Beach. Great communication with the host making our check-in and check-out so easy. Thank you Tom and Rick for making our stay Perfect! Looking forward to our return visit!!

Great stay!

We had a most enjoyable stay! The condo was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. The host even had flowers & champagne waiting for us upon arrival. The condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated. We especially loved being able to walk only a block to Vanderbilt Beach. The host was very accessible during our stay and we were greeted personally when we first arrived. We would absolutely stay here again!

Winter Getaway

The condo was clean and had great amenities. The owner was great to communicate with. Easy walk to the beach. The biggest problem was all the construction going on within the property grounds and around the property. The workers started at 6:30 a.m. and sometimes worked overnight and sometimes on Sundays. Hard to get a good night's sleep. Would return in the future when construction is finished.

We sincerely apologize for the disruptions caused by the ongoing construction. As noted in our property description and prior communications, there has been significant work due to the post-Hurricane Ian repairs and the construction of the new Ritz-Carlton property across the street. We fully understand how the early morning and sometimes late-night work could impact your rest, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this caused. We’re excited to share that in July, we will be unveiling some exciting updates, including a new resort-style swimming pool, upgraded changing rooms, new boat docks, and enhanced landscaping. These improvements will certainly elevate the guest experience, and we look forward to welcoming you back after the construction is complete to enjoy these new amenities in a more peaceful environment. This is a great property to stay at. It's a great location to the beach and to surrounding restaurants and shops. The new heated pool and hot tub were a nice refresher from the beach. The A/C worked great especially on those hot days. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels were provided. Highly recommend.

Come stay with us! My name is Tom. We enjoy traveling, beaches and being outdoors as much as possible. We hope that you have a comfortable stay at our Naples Vanderbilt Beach condo! We are happy to provide restaurant, museum and and activity recommendations. We have been in Naples for over 30 years and hope you love it as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It overlooks the lagoon and has nice views of boats on the water as well as the occasional dolphin or alligator. It is an EASY 1/2 block to the wonderful sugar-white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. Although a car is nice, if you like to walk or ride bikes you can get to a lot of great things like Whole Foods, LA Fitness, Yoga Studios, Publix, KC Bistro and all the bars and restaurants of Mercado about 1 mile+- away. There is an assigned parking space should you bring a car.
