Location: Waterfront in a cove, makes it a safe and relaxing place to spend time on the water.

Deck: Overlooking the lake and dock, relax as the sunsets.

Hot Tub: For six, with an exceptional view.

Fire Pit: Sits 20 overlooking the water. Cozy up to this gas fire pit and create memories with your family and friends.

Stainless Steel Gas Grill: Professional, oversized and attached to house natural gas, so there is no need for messing with propane tanks on your vacation or running out.

Modern Kitchen: Includes large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, additional commercial ice maker produces approximately 100 pounds per day. A second under counter refrigerator just for beverages. All cooking items and place settings for over 20 people. Downdraft cook top, oven, microwave, and central preparation island, makes it easy to prepare for multiple families.

Pantry Room: A very large room dedicated as a pantry has plenty of room to store all of your food, coolers, beverages, and extra gear.

Central Stereo System: Each room has it’s own volume control. Includes a CD player and tape deck so you can enjoy your favorite music anywhere in the house.

Great Rooms: Two separate rooms both with TV and VCR. Both include a card table and chairs, couch and comfortable side chairs. The lower great room also has a pool table. One of the great rooms has a gas fireplace.

Walkway: A paved walkway from the house to the dock. No steps to climb.

Dock: The boat dock has docking for three to four boats and a float for a jet-ski and plenty of other room for other toys to tie up. It has a roof over the walkway and one of the boat slips. Permanent bumpers assist in keeping you boat looking good. A large area for sun bathing and ladder for swimming along with two picnic benches that are covered makes it easy to spend the entire day down at the dock.

Game Room: The game room with a pool table, wii, xbox, xbox 360 and board games will keep the family busy in the evenings or on a rainy day.

Deerfield Resort: Guests have access to the golf course, private marina, pool, volley ball court and tennis court.

Airstrip: One of our community's most unique features is a private airstrip with a 3000-foot paved runway.

Backup generator for the entire house so you will always have power air conditioning and heat for your vacation. If have ever vacationed in the mountains, you should always ask about a back up generator

Premises has outside surveillance cameras to enhance the safety and security of renters and premises. Coverage area includes, front door, driveway, back doors, lake side yard, deck w hot tub and dock. it is also equipped with smart devices to turn and off lights, thermostats, ice makers and internet routers.

Boat Rentals: Springs Dock is close to Deerfield Resort and offer pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats or wave runners for rent: 5 minutes driving / 2 minutes by boat. Oasis rentals will deliver their boats to the house for you.

Fishing Licenses: Licenses are NOT available at the marinas, but can be purchased in town at Walmart or by calling 888-814-8972.

Golf Course: The Greens at Deerfield offers a beautiful 6800-yard championship course designed by Bobby Clampett. The course also features a driving range and practice greens. The Golf Shop offers a full service pro shop with a wide array of clubs, accessories and apparel.

Deerfield's Recreational Amenities:
Swimming Pool: Open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. 9AM-9PM Daily. There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under 12.

Tennis Courts: Open all year - Daylight-Dark It is not necessary to reserve court time. Rental racquets and balls are available at the Deerfield office.

Sand Volleyball: Open all year - Daylight-Dark Volleyball available at Deerfield office.

Restaurants:
The Green's Grill located inside the clubhouse at The Greens at Deerfield offers breakfast and lunch. Open 7 days Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend. Open Fri, Sat & Sun in April, May, September, and October.
The marinas of Springs Dock, Shanghai Resort & Sequoyah Marina all have good food.

McCloud Mountain Trails:
This is one of the most beautiful mountain views in the area. The Developer of Deerfield Resort is also the developer of McCloud Mountain. This is worth the 35 minute drive.

University of Tennessee - About 45 minutes from the stadium.

Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg attractions are only a 90 minute drive.
