The lake view was mesmerizing. We thoroughly enjoyed bbqing, playing pool, and fishing off the dock at night. The cabin was fully equipped, but don't forget your fishing poles!

5 star home. 1 star dock. Main channel beats the dock nearly constantly. Wouldn't dock my boat there. Home is beautiful. Marble bathroom. Basement with pool table and 2nd suite. All gorgeous.

Very nice house, but busy area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very nice inside. About 30 stairs to the dock, but I was fine with them as they were a psuedo workout. Had a small problem with the house, which was quickly taken care of.The area of the lake can get quite busy during the day, even during the week. Plenty of room for two 25' boats on the dock.

The house was super spacious and clean. There was 11 of us, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The patio was a great place to hang out. The dock is on the main part of the lake, the boats going by made the water too rough to swim/float since it’s not in a no wake zone. We rented a boat one day and found a cove to hang out in for the day. The futons for sleeping would be fine for children, but I wouldn’t recommend them for an adult.

The house was very clean and accommodated our group of 10 very well. The screened in deck was very relaxing every night and the dock was great for fishing and tying up a boat.

Amazing place.

Awesome house right on the lake. House is amazing, and dock is what you need if you have water craft or just fishing and hanging out. Will be booking this place once a year hopefully.

Clean beautiful place

The place was super clean and ready for us to check in early! The vent covers on the floor were a bit of a trip hazard and the bathroom doors were a little hard to open and close but over all an amazing place to stay!!

This well appointed place was perfect for our 3 generations family vacation (11 of us) for 5 nights. Plenty of room to find a peaceful corner and to gather for family fun and meals. There was something for everyone in the house and the surrounding area. Went hiking and to bridal cave. Had a day on a boat clowning around in the water and just docked at the house for lunch. Swam off the dock. Sat at the fire table. Had a ping pong tournament and Smash Brothers (video game) tournament. Watched the wildlife. Had coffee on the screen porch overlooking the calm lake then, by the second cup ,watching the boats go by. One night we watched an entire marina sized dock go by! We lost one of our paddleboards off the dock when a decent thunderstorm came through. So, don't under estimate those! Meant to bring our fishing gear but forgot it. Doh! Would have been perfect. The house lacked nothing we needed for our stay. We did wish for comfy porch seating but it was fine. It wasn't immaculately clean but neither is my house. The kitchen, bedding, towels and bathrooms were very clean. The beds were fabulously comfy. We had a great time and would stay again.

Family vacation

We all showed up at different times Thurs and directions led us straight to the property! We had a blast as we all like to do diff things and house was large enough to accommodate everyone! Beautiful lake view!! Would highly recommend!!

We had a great week at the property. Everything was spacious and well-equipped. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. The bunk room was a nice bonus for the kids in our group because it gave them their own space. The screened in porch was wonderful. We brought kayaks and were able to launch them from the dock. A note, it is roughly 60 stairs to get down to the lake. There are floor vents in the kitchen that are not fastened down that can be real trip hazards. If we find ourselves back in Lake of the Ozarks, we would definitely stay here again.

Lake House Review

This place is awesome. Everyone I worked with on scheduling, AC issues and check out, is awesome. Overall our stay there, was awesome. They extended our stay, since the AC was out for a few hours when we first got there. Even the HVAC tech they sent out was awesome. He change the thermostat and we were back up and running within 2 to 3 hours of checking in. I guess if I had to describe our stay in one word, it would be….

Great location and private

We really enjoyed our first trip to the LOTO. The house was beautiful and as advertised. Loved the private dock and ability to fish, swim, and boat without anyone close by. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids). The pool table kept kids occupied when not swimming. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was not super well stocked. The necessities were there (plates, glasses, utensils, coffee maker), but for a large group hoping to cook all their meals, we had to get creative. The largest pot was not very large, but we were able to use the large Ninja InstaPot to cook noodles. There were no measuring spoons (we bought some and left them, so now there are!), or a can opener that we could find. But again, still a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend!

Great home, rough waters

The home was absolutely beautiful as well as the views from the deck! We loved the house so much. The only issue was the tripping hazard of the floor vent covers in the kitchen. My 70 y/o mom and a few others got tripped up several times. We loved the privacy and watching the sunrise and sunset from the decks. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and plenty of room. This has nothing to do with the home but we were not expecting the lake to be so rough. We swam off the dock a few times but it was not easy or relaxing. We brought our boat and had a hard time with it due to the heavy weekend boat traffic. The boat slip with the lift was an absolute life/boat saver! Thank you for the use of it. We did eventually find a cove to anchor in so we could swim/relax and enjoy the water. We don’t pull a tube, but I bet for those who do, it would be fun.

Fire the housekeeper, if you actually have one! In the 100 degree heat, two of us took turns vacuuming the screened in porch that was covered in dead bugs and debris. This was after we spent several mins unclogging the vac, as it was not working. That tells you how much vacuuming was done before we got there. Before we left, we made sure to vac again. Fresh towels were placed and the surfaces were wiped for appearance sake, but floors, bed linens and non-common traffic areas had clearly not been cleaned in ages, so we did it. So gross. Cobwebs everywhere! We had 13 people stay here for 5 nights and were left with 6 rolls of TP and about a half a roll of paper towels, so we had to go out and buy what we needed to get thru. The ramp to the boat dock is unsafe. The welding is separated on one side and there is nothing holding it together at all. That will one day be a disaster, if you don’t get that fixed. The boat dock is decent. The improvements to the yard with the fire pit and landscaping is nice, just too hot to use.The master shower is nice, but a little slick under foot, someone could easily fall. Might want to address ASAP. The grates on the kitchen floor are a broken ankle waiting to happen. They are oddly place and not screwed down. Everyone of us tripped over them. We were so afraid one of our littles was going to fall in the air duct and really get hurt. Really ignorant to not have fixed. Door handles are awful, so loud and impractical kept waking up the babies
