This exquisite property includes a gourmet kitchen, ALL Bedrooms have a bathrooms connected, 5 king mattress's, 9 Queens, with 5 extra Queen air mattress's, 6.5 total bathrooms, laundry room, 2 living/entertaining areas, Large wet bar, Bar top multi game console, 12' Shuffleboard table and 83" movie theater room with amazingly comfy massage/heated theater seating. This was perfect for our 16 member high school FFA officer retreat. Plenty of meeting and eating space. Lots of amenities. Would do it again!

Had an absolutely fantastic weekend stay! The home was even better than described- sparkling clean, cozy and filled with great amenities! Even with the construction this place was absolutely amazing. Plenty of room, games and beds. The heated massage chairs in the theater was just what we needed after a day of fishing. We will definitely stay again!

Anthony was an awesome host. Communication was great with booking the rental, before the trip, and during our stay. This house in paticular was pretty cool - It exceeded our expectations. Luxurious to say the least, very nice rooms and ammenities. Game room was one of our favorite parts. Boat rental was very convienent, good location roll up to the variety of bars and day clubs - Backwater Jacks, Shady Gators, and HighTide. We had a group of 20 guys down in the Ozarks for a bachelor party and everyone was happy.

Best place I have ever stayed. The details are insane on this house. Comfy beds, Games galore, close to the entertainment of Osage Beach. The movie theater chairs with the surround sound SONOS system. They were heated and massaging chairs. The Pool was under construction but I gotta respect an owner that is spending a ton of money on the house to make it that much better. You can tell they put thought into every detail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The house is absolutely beautiful! It’s very spacious. It was super clean. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with anything you would need. The game room is amazing. Will keep anybody of any age entertained. Close to restaurants, a grocery store. Anthony the host was very helpful in any questions we had. Will definitely be coming back again. Absolutely love the place.

We had an absolutely incredible weekend at this Lake of the Ozarks home. Anthony was a fantastic host — extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish.The house itself was amazing. There were so many fun games to keep everyone entertained, and the theater room was a huge hit — we loved watching movies together at night. We spent the whole weekend cooking big family meals, eating together, playing games, and just enjoying time with each other. It truly was the perfect setting for a family getaway.We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, memory-making weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a great place to get together as a family. The view is absolutely amazing. I love watching all the boats go by. The whole family enjoyed the game room. And there is a cool oasis table which everybody was fascinated with. The house was clean, the kitchen was amazing and well stocked. The family enjoyed sitting down by the bar. And also sitting on the deck looking at our beautiful view. The host was very helpful and on any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Amazing!!!!! I can't say enough about this stay. If you want to feel like a millionaire, stay at the Porto cima house. It's class, it's beauty, it's full of amazing views. The house was absolutely amazing! We stayed here for a girls trip, and it was the perfect place for our group. Pictures do not do it justice!! From The beautiful tall ceilings, decor, breath taking view of the lake and more! They have the kitchen stocked with so much for convenience of cooking in the house. The game room for our group was a hit but the movie theater chairs in the basement were even better with massaging, heat, and reclining!!! It has Amazing sound system through out the home. The beds were so comfy and cozy!!! Everything for accommodating guests, has been thought out and made our stay so great! Host was great to work with and easy to communicate with when needed. Will be back!!!

This was the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed at. With its marble floors. A fully equipped, to die for a dream kitchen. The view was so amazing. My grandkids love the window seat on the upper floor to read their books. Everyone young and old loved the game room. I have never stayed at a place that had so many games in it, you just don’t even wanna leave the place. We loved how it was so close to so many restaurants and the strip. We will come back for sure. Anthony was an amazing good host, answered all the question very quickly.

Unbelievable views. Perfect for large groups. Lots of space and activities for the kids to be occupied and the adults to have simultaneous adult time. We love the multiple living areas. The video games kept kids and adults entertained and the middle level dining table is perfect for board games. We weren’t able to use the pool this time, but can see how amazing this will be when they are complete. I appreciate an owner that invests time and money into making a property the best it can be. 100% the best Vrbo we have ever seen. You won’t be disappointed.

The host was amazing! Anthony was very responsive to any questions we had. You can tell he puts a lot of thought into his guests’ experience. He has thought of everything to make this the vacation of your dreams. There’s tons of games and activities for the kids and the adults loved the theatre area!The views were amazing all throughout the house! The location of this house was absolutely perfect. We were unable to use the pool for our stay, but we cannot wait to comeback once it’s completed to get the full LOTO experience. This house was absolutely beautiful!! Great view, really clean & very spacious! I cannot say enough how nice this house was! It is easy to see how this place could sleep 30 people if you had a big group of people. The arcade is a nice touch and gives you something to always be doing with everything else the house has to offer! Will definitely be back and will rent from this host again! The host is very nice and was excellent with his communication before, during and even after the stay. He is very accommodating as well. We had a question right away on using the keypad to get in the house and he answered right away and walked us through it over the phone (it was operator error turns out). Overall, we really cannot express how the host, and this house made our trip that much more enjoyable.

I have stayed 5 other properties from this host as well multiple times and I will not stay anywhere else when I am in the Ozarks. I have never had one issue at any of my stays. I have reached out to him, not for issues, but for questions about attractions, places to eat or anything that he would recommend for me and my family and always answers right away with great suggestions ! There have been a few times my wife and kids went here during cold weather season and we didn’t even leave the house and had an amazing time! The games rooms are AMAZING! Swimming pools, hot tubs, jet skis and have docs to fish on during the stay. You will not be bored even if you stay at the house. The properties are gorgeous, great views and always clean. Great locations as well so when going anywhere it seems like it is not that far away which is great! So if you are ever going to the ozarks I would highly recommend staying at one of his properties you will not be disappointed!!

I can't tell you how much I love this house. I wish it was summer so bad. Owner was very informative on the progress of what they are improving constantly. Driveway is not monstrous but they did say in a couple weeks they are widening it and doing an entire landscape makeover. The game room is the best place to be when you want to find the kids. Meaning they weren't on the phones or iPads. They were playing. Loved to see it. The view is amazing. The second you walk in the door you see this amazing dining table. I've never seen one like it before. Plenty of room for everyone during the day but at night we were all downstairs in the comfy movie theater setup area. I am defiantly coming back to this house. Everyone loved it.

I’m especially glad to hear the game room was such a hit with the kids. One of our goals when designing these homes is to create spaces where families and groups can unplug, spend time together, and actually enjoy playing games, laughing, and making memories instead of being on phones or tablets. The views are definitely one of our favorite parts of the property as well. Walking in and seeing the lake right away — along with that large dining table where everyone can gather — really sets the tone for a great stay. And I love hearing that your evenings were spent relaxing together in the theater room. Those shared movie nights are exactly the kind of moments we hope guests experience. We’re also constantly working on improving the property, so I appreciate you mentioning the updates. Expanding the driveway and enhancing the landscaping are just a few of the upgrades we’re making to keep the home getting better every season.
