Charming 4bedroom beach house. Close steps to everything Beach&boardwalk, restaurants. Enjoy night out on the boardwalk. Or just Relax in private backyard grilling with family & friends. Enjoy a cocktail & make some s’mores! On gas fire pit. Weekends - Friday&Saturdays must be included in weekend bookings. Limited beach passes available. First come first serve pick up at office.
For Prom/ graduation events young adults
April, May and June, our rates are per person a night.
Weekdays- 2 nights $60 per person a night
Weekends- $70 per person a night- holidays 90.

There is a $50 per person cash security deposit on arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within seven days after checkout
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Joanne was excellent on short notice helping us book our stay. She was very accommodating since we had our pups with us. Thanks to her we had a great time taking the dogs to Island Beach Park, where we all had an amazing time

It seemed nice however there was different bugs throughout the house to many light switches didn't work beach passes weren't in the house and just made things more difficult. To be honest I wasn't trying to complain but being i reached out to the Company about them charging me 2x for a security fee due to my service pet in which case pet fee's are supposed to be exempt. All in all my family had a decent time and for that im thankful. However we won't be staying there again.

Seaside Magic

Very kind owners who were able to answer all of our questions. The location was great, about 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Biggest problem was a lack of certain necessities, such as blankets, which we were unable to find. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Mini family vacation

Even before making reservation, questions were answered in minutes. Between the pictures and the quickly answered questions, we knew this was the rental for us. House has 4 bedrooms and a nice size fenced in yard. The entire property was very clean and well kept. Could not get a better location!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our status. Highly Recomend.

Great Location

I would give this property 4 stars except for major discomforts. I was there for a family reunion but am well aware its a party town. The property was clean, however there was an overwhelming, unpleasant odor of urine in the bathroom probably the grout around the toilet from years of party dudes missing the target. It was bad enough that we used the bathroom with the door open as it was overpowering. Also listing claims sleeps ten. This house was TINY. We wound up being three people & had to step around each other. And one AC in living area and ZERO AC in any bedroom. All had to sleep with doors open. It was 95 degrees when we arrived. So zero privacy cause we all slept with open doors.

Loved it.

Me and my family a total of 6 of us loved this small cozy house. It was perfect for the week. It has four bedrooms with either a full or queen size bed. A futon to use as bed also in living room area. The tv has programs so you’re actually able to watch tv and the ac window unit in place cools the entire house as long as bedroom doors stay open. A full size fridge which is always a plus!!! Nice backyard with gas fireplace and gas grill oh and plenty of chairs to sit. I was skeptical about going to seaside cause of the “parties/rep” with my younger kids but I will say with parties on both sides of house they were not a problem at all *we went fourth July weekend. House also has wifi another plus with kids. The house is a short walk to the beach and board which is always a major plus in my eyes. There is a beach entrance right when you get on boardwalk to you left. Joann was a pleasure to rent from will definitely rent from again. She is very attentive and responses quickly to your messages. My only complaint is the bathroom smelled like pee and the floors needed to be quick mop but nothing I couldn’t clean myself or you can’t deal with.
