* Private & Spacious: The entire condo is exclusively yours, offering 3 bedrooms, 4 comfortable beds, and a huge sectional in the living room with a big-screen Roku TV for family relaxation.

* Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whip up meals in our modern kitchen, complete with a bar table, bench seating, and everything you need: refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, water boiler, cookware, dishes, spices, and more.

* Comfort in Every Room: Each bedroom features new AC units, curtains, blinds, fans, lights, hangers, and reading lamps. Beds are freshly made with clean cotton linens, duvets, and 3-6 pillows for a restful night.

* Stocked Bathroom: Find clean towels for all guests, plus complimentary hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer, dental floss, cotton swabs, and toothpaste.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient for walking to the boardwalk. Our rooms and bed were extremely comfortable and the house was set up with everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our needs. We would love to stay here again.

Fun at the shore

The property was nice and very clean. A short walk to the beach, boardwalk and some nice restaurants. Overall, a nice house and fun week.

Cozy property. Quick walk to boardwalk! Responsive owners. Stairs to the upstairs unit may be a bit steep for anyone with small children or people with disabilities. Recommend the downstairs unit.

Family Fun in the Sun

We had an awesome time during our stay in Seaside. The house is exactly as described/pictured and couldn't be any more convenient to the beach, boardwalk, and places to eat on the boulevard. We requested an earlier check in, which was easily accommodated by Rose, and the house was spotless. Any questions we had were quickly answered and the information provided for house rules/getting to the house/check-in/etc. was clear and thorough. Thank you so much for sharing and taking such good care of this space, Rose!! We hope to be back next summer!

Sorry that the heat and humidity were extremely high on the days you and your family stayed that you had to empty the dehumidifier frequently and we were nervous because of that as we don't request our guests to do anything. Fantastic property for a family and a dog

Unbelievable Find for a Short Visit!!

In town for a wedding. Had family flying in from all over and they allowed us to rent for only the few days we needed with pets which is hard to find.

Great extended weekend with friends

The condo was extremely clean. Location was great in close proximity to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. I would recommend this to others.

This place checked all the boxes!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Quaint, comfortable and clean. Had more people than towels, but fast and great communication with management and they brought us more. Would definitely recommend this place.

Best rental

This is a great rental, the place is very clean and well kept. The outside is big and private, nice area to relax. The location is also amazing you can walk to everything and not have to worry about parking. The host is quick to response if you have any questions and very accommodable. I will definitely be staying here again when we go back to seaside!

This home was perfect for me & my family to visit New Jersey for my Grandmother’s funeral. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with before and during the stay. Thank you for the board games and UNO cards; they brought joy during a tough time.

Father’s Day weekend

We booked a last minute trip with all the dads. The place was perfect for all of us. Clean, close to the beach and boardwalk. Grill and patio area was awesome to chill after a long day on the beach. Rose was very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely come back 🙂

Great location! Close to boardwalk

This condo is very cozy and felt like home. It was enough space for 5 adults and 2 children to be in. I loved the outdoor warm shower for the kids to rinse off in. It is in a great location as well! Close enough to the boardwalk where young children ages 5 and 7 can walk to and it was far enough away from the noisy (that comes from the boardwalk at night). We all had a great time! Owner of the property were easy to talk to and responded back to questions and concerns quickly! Will stay here again next time!
