Amazing house close to the beach and boardwalk

Everything about this house exceeded our expectations. The location was a great. Very close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The house was clean and organized. The host was amazing and always easy to contact if we needed anything. 5 stars for sure. We would definitely rent the house again in the future.

Great Location

House is in a great location close to beach and boardwalk. House was full of every beach item you could possible need and then some. The house was perfect for our group consisting of 5 kids under 6. It’s hard to find a 2 level with so many bedrooms and we loved people watching off the balcony. Definitely recommend and hope to be back.

Family Vacation

We had a blast! The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach, a rainy day and to make any meal. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was the best. We never moved 2 of the 3 cars. Cynthia was a perfect host, checking in and making herself available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this house for a super fun family vacation!

Beach vacation

The house was beautiful, the 2nd story was our favorite. There was plenty for us to do in the house, or just hang out on the deck. The host was very easy to get a hold of with any questions or concerns. She provided plenty of beach chairs, towels, toys etc. We really didn't need to bring anything. Everyone loved their stay!

Absolutely fantastic week at a fantastic house !!!!!

I cannot say enough about this house. The pride that the owner shows in this house can be seen in every room. There was enough room for everyone to enjoy. The games in this house were such a huge hit with not just the kids but all the adults. If you have a large family or friends group this house is a must and the owner communicates extremely well.

Amazing stay!

A great place for family vacation. Hosts were amazing and very helpful! Only thing I didn’t like was had to refill from the people before us so that took a tad bit of time out of vacation, not much, other than that everything else was on point. LOVED the rooftop! And had stuff for the kids when it rained. Nice to relax after a day at the beach/boat. Clean and wonderful communication. Definitely will be back. And definitely recommend!!!

Perfect holiday getaway

My family and I booked the house for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We couldn’t have asked for a better home as the lay out of the home, the amenities and the beautiful decor set the stage for a perfect holiday weekend. Check in and out was a breeze. I will note the internet in parts of the house was unavailable, but it allowed for total participation with all the kids! So I believe this was a blessing in itself. Overall, we had the best time in this beautiful home and hope to return!

Awesome Vacation

We had the best time in Seaside Heights mostly because of our lodging! Cindy was so attentive in answering the multitude of questions we had and making us so welcome in her home. The condo's game room was a hit with the kids and adults alike. The updated kitchens and bathrooms were appreciated. What a treat to have the beach and boardwalk at our fingertips! The house was so cutely decorated and whimsical. It was fun to just sit on the deck and read. A+++l.

Spacious and Great Location!

This was an ideal location for our family vacation with three teens who could easily walk to the beach and boardwalk anytime they wanted. The place is HUGE! So many bedrooms and bathrooms for the 9 of us. We could spread out and have some alone time when needed. The game room was a big hit, and we enjoyed many evenings and mornings on the deck with our wine or coffee. Even though the house is in the middle of the action, it's very quiet inside due to the concrete walls (although this does mean several bedrooms have spotty Wi-Fi). We parked 4 cars easily in the driveway, and never had to move them except for a trip to the Acme. Everything is in walking distance, which is super convenient and relaxing. Cindy was very responsive and checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok, I'd definitely recommend this place.

50th Anniversary

The house was spotless and fully stocked. So much to do in the house: ping pong, pool, games, books, records, relaxing on the deck and patio. When necessary, instructions were provided for appliances. Clear instructions were there for check in and check out. The owner was attentive but not intrusive. When I had questions prior to arrival, she addressed them immediately. It was a wonderful experience for everyone from 7 months to 75 years!!!

Beautiful house and quick walk to beach

House is full of extra things to do. Downstairs we played pool, air hockey, ping pong, 2 tv’s, karaoke, did a few puzzles and played several of the many games. Full kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials, just bring your food. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs has another full kitchen, two bath and three bedrooms. The view out the spacious balcony is gorgeous. We made S’mores in the propane fire pit table. Large table had enough room for all 12 of us to play games and eat together. Owners are very easy to contact and extremely helpful.

In speaking with Beth we learned that it wasnt an issue with us or our house that she gave a 4* vs 5* review - but moreso the activity in the town - it was the weekend before the 4th of July - and we did discuss her thoughts and concerns - we are hopeful that she and her family will still join us again next year :)

The Dragon House

Our family of eleven (ranging in age from 11 months to 89 years) had a wonderful time! Cindy was more than accommodating and very easy to reach. When I asked if she had a high chair or pack and play, she immediately ordered both online and made sure they were at the house when we arrived. The two kitchens were very handy and our favorite spot was the out door fire pit table. My grandson LOVED the big dragon in the dining room, as well as the giant flamingo :) The beach and boardwalk were minutes away and there was plenty to do (fireworks, kite night, concerts and even a movie on the beach!) It was great not having to bring sand toys, beach chairs, carts, bikes, etc as all of this was provided. The house was very clean and decorated in a whimsical manner which was so much fun. I would definitely recommend this house and look forward to staying here again!

Outstanding Home and Host!

My family and I stayed here for a week and we could not have been more thrilled with the property. Cindy was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She made check in a breeze and she made us feel truly welcomed and at ease knowing that if we needed anything, she was available. The house is beautiful and it was the perfect place for my family to gather. The games on the first floor were so much fun for the younger ones, while we all enjoyed the sun deck on the upper level. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us all to feel like we had our own space. The bedrooms all had a fun theme and my toddler LOVED his shark room! Our family ranges from 5 months to 88 years old so finding a home that can accommodate us all is tricky, however, this home far exceeded expectations. Being steps away from the beach and boardwalk is SO convenient. Our whole family gives this place 5 big stars and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay at the Jersey Shore. Thank you!

Thanksgiving on the Jersey Shore

Our family enjoyed this property so much! The owners were quick to answer with info we needed and checked in to make sure all was well. The house was spacious and housed all of us easily. Our grandchildren were especially impressed with games, children’s fooseball table, and billiards (grandson and grandpa challenge), The coloring crafts, goodie baskets in the bunk rooms, and lots of other wonderful activities for our kiddos made it fun. All could eat together on either level. We were all impressed with the well stocked kitchens (2 kitchens for easy prep). There was nothing we needed to bring for supplies. A laundry room on each level and four bathrooms with showers completed a perfect house. The shed had plenty to use in warmer weather. The house was secure with no worries. We would stay again if our schedules coincide. Thank you Cynthia and Kevin for a great experience.

An Amazing House

This was my first time ever going through the renting process and it could not have gone better. The house was amazing and so pretty, the price was very good for the location, size of house, and amount of days. The host was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. When buying a "beach property" I spent a few years researching all different beach locations in the Jersey/Delaware/Maryland areas, and ended up deciding Seaside Heights NJ was the perfect location. We wanted something that could be "low key" but also was close to so many different attractions, to appeal to many different desires.

Seaside Heights is still experiencing revitalization, and it is exciting to see what beautiful buildings/homes are being added to the area. Whether you prefer the Ocean or the Bay, you are within walking distance to both. The boardwalk is not too "big and noisy" but is just the perfect size with the most adorable and quaint shoppes.

Seaside Heights is not a big "party town" but does offer some great restaurants/bars with hometown entertainment including bands, game nights and karaoke.

The sheer completeness of so many different beach opportunities all combined into one location, without the large crowds, makes Seaside Heights a perfect location. We are so in love with our home and this location and hope that you will love it too.
