Swift Beach community was the easy and peaceful getaway we were looking for. It was a short commute from the greater Boston area. The neighborhood was quiet with a quick walk to the beach. There were plenty of play grounds, walk paths, restaurants, and other activities for the whole family. We loved being able to bring the doggo and include him in the fun.

Short Visit

We were there for a BD/family reunion in mult places around the local area. We just used the place to sleep as we were visiting local area family members. Spent part of a day at the local beach, just a couple of min walk to the beach. Clean, very good comms with owner, beach cottage neighborhood, small but perfect for our needs.

Enjoyable location

This little beach cottage was a perfect respite for our visit. It's nicely appointed and the host is extremely accommodating. Great location!

Great place blocks from the beach!

Check in was easy. The property was well maintained and comfortable. The giant tv made my husband a little jealous! Overall a great stay!

Wonderful host, cute cottage with everything you need. Allowed my dog which was great, had little back yard big enough for him to do his thing. Will definitely come again.

Perfect for a Time Out!

Super cute beach-themed house for a little getaway! This place has everything you need, it’s in a very nice, quiet little neighborhood, very clean, and if you love a huge TV, you will love the TV here! We are actually looking to upgrade at home!! The Host is great and answers any questions right away! Highly recommend this adorable property for your next “Time Out”!!

Much needed vacation 😊

This was very easy to find. The property is in a great neighborhood. The beach is about Two blocks away and very nice. The house itself was in great condition and very clean with everything I needed. There is a supermarket and the neighboring towns are great too (onset to mention one). Any questions I had were answered right away by the owner. It was a wonderful , peaceful time .

Great Stay and Great Host!

We loved our stay here! The property is updated and exactly as depicted. It is extraordinarily clean. It really is an impressive use of space. Lydia is a kind and gracious host - extremely responsive. She provided extra towels and linens, beach chairs, board games, movies, etc. The TV is huge and my husband and daughter and I felt like we were at the movies. :) I highly recommend this property and will return. Thank you, Lydia!

Weekend getaway

We have family that have a home 1 block away so utilized this space to sleep and to escape to when my social battery drained. :). This place was perfect. (And May have the biggest TV I have seen in real life
). Lydia was very responsive and communicative. No issues with check out or check in and even left the lights on for our 9 PM arrival.

Nice visit

The place is a quaint small two-bedroom cottage. It sleeps 3 comfortably but can sleep a 4th person. Very clean, good air conditioning in each bedroom and living room. A big screen TV with Bose sound system. Excellent for those rainy days if you are stuck inside. It also has a variety of DVD's in the cottage. A nice small back yard with furniture to relax in for that morning coffee or evening cocktail to hopefully catch the cooler night air.

Small, clean house

I rented this house for myself for a week because it's a block from my brother's house. It's small with small rooms but clean and well-cared for. Kitchen lacks some essentials like a dish strainer and cooking implements. The supply of dishes, bowls, glasses and mugs is small and kinda random. Giant, 6 ft television in the living room is WAY too large for the size of the room. There is also a non-functioning fireplace in the middle of the main room that is a weird waste of space. Heater/AC splits are somewhat confusing to operate (could be just me). I would probably stay there again because of the proximity to my family.
