Our cottage was completely restored in 2021 with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Its a quintessential 4 bedroom beach cottage, steps to the beach with a beautiful porch, hardwood floors and tastefully decorated with a coastal palette of blues and white. Enjoy the nautically themed decor. The entry level offers a porch, open plan living room/dining & kitchen, master bedroom with a high end king sized bed and bathroom and the second level offers 3 bedrooms. Enjoy an outdoor shower (hot and cold water). Window AC units in all bedrooms and in living room. Located in the heart of Onset village, just a 3-5 minute walk to great restaurants. Relax on the porch with a good book and a beverage or in the company of friends and family breathing in the fresh sea air. Onset, the gateway to Cape Cod. Negotiable rate for longer stays.

Peak season we have a 7 night minimum.

With year round neighbors, some of whom are retired, we have decided on a no party rule. This means no outside music and quiet hours 10pm to 7am

Great house close to the beach!

Beautiful house for groups or family who want to be close to the beach and Cape Cod. Would recommend to everybody. Clean and communication with manager of property was great.

Charming Beach House

My family had a lovely time. Lots of space, a great front porch to relax on and steps to the beach. Great for kids, water isn’t rough and is good for beginner swimmers. Nice clean sand and lots of hermit crabs for kids to catch and play with.

Summer with Family

The home was clean and well stocked. We had plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 kids, and 2 babies. There were enough kitchen supplies to cook if we wanted. There were enough seats. The kids loved the toy room and would love to play there when the babies were not sleeping. the walk to the ocean was such a short one that we were able to go back and forth throughout the day. The beach chairs were very helpful. Sitting on the porch was lovely. The one bathroom made it a little tricky at times. The tub is not easy to get in and out of as it is an old fashion one. The faucets are opposite and that took some getting used to. We blew the circuit at times for no found reason, but the host was quick to respond and walk us through fixing it. Thank you for hosting us!

Beach vacation

This property was a last minute idea and it was clean and fit our family well! A very short walk to the beach. It came in handy when the little ones needed to nap. The porch was lovely to sit and relax on. The beach was clean and water was warm. The only drawback was the tub. It was wobbly to shower in, it felt unsteady. The outside shower was ok for the guys to quickly shower but with the houses so close together it was uncomfortable for the women to shower with the second floor windows right above looking in. We would definitely consider renting again in the future if these were remedied. It was the perfect family vacation.

Fantastic beach house

Wonderful trip! House is clean and well stocked. Clean & comfy linens, plenty of towels. Nicole is fantastic to work with- so very attentive over a missing amenity and she remediated it as soon as possible. AC in main area and window units in upstairs bedrooms were a lifesaver. 3 houses to the beach- super easy walk. 2 parking spots in the driveway plus plenty of street parking with available passes. Beach is nice and sandy. Calm waters deep in the bay. Lots of little crabs, snails and hermit crabs- kids loved collecting them. Wonderful for toddlers and early swimmers. Onset center is a few minutes easy walk. Great pizza, breakfast and ice cream on the same block. Free concerts on Wednesday nights in the summer. Loved the house, can’t wait to return!

Lovely stay in Onset

This is our 2nd year staying here. Everything was perfect and there were even a few upgrades from the previous year. The most notable are additional air conditioning units and a stall for the outdoor shower. The location is prime and is perfect for families that enjoy the beach.

My family and I now own 3 properties in beautiful Onset. We fell in love with this beautiful beach village when our children were barely walking and it's been a joy to plant some roots and welcome guests over the years from all over the world. This is our newest property which was a tremendous amount of fun to restore and decorate.
