The property was amazing. The outdoor living space was just perfect for us - we could hang on the deck, swim in the pool, play in the yard. The house was also so spacious - we had 4 families staying with kids ranging from 3-11 and we had no feelings of being on top of each other. Truly an amazing house and the host was always available to answer any questions. Would definitely book here again

Ultimate multi-family getaway! Beautiful renovation and space.We had an absolutely wonderful multi-generational family trip at the Deck House! Our group consisted of three separate families (7 adults and 3 kids in total), and the 6-bedroom layout handled all 10 of us flawlessly. The mix of King and Queen rooms gave the adults plenty of privacy, while the kids had a blast sharing the bunk rooms.The inside of the house is fantastic. Everyone loved gathering in the large living room, which features a huge TV and an awesome surround sound system. The weather during our stay was a bit chilly and rainy, so we didn’t get to use the pool, but the indoor game room (kept cozy thanks to a small gas fireplace) kept everyone entertained. The massive kitchen was another huge highlight, allowing us to cook together as a team across the families for some incredible group dinners.When we wanted to relax, the outdoor setup saved the day. The massive deck features a propane heater, a propane fire table, and a great outdoor sound system that connects right to your phone via Bluetooth. It was the perfect spot for the adults to sit outside with a drink while the kids hung out on their tablets. We also got plenty of use out of the outdoor hot tub and the wood-burning fire pit (bring your own wood!).A couple of quick tips for future guests:Bring your own towels for the outdoor use (pool/hot tub)Time your baths/showers to ensure there is enough hot water to get around!10/10 would go again

Spacious Comfy home in the Poconos

Just as described in the VRBO listing, this home had plenty of room and all of the amenities you could want. The game room was a nice touch. We appreciated the fireplace in the large living room. The kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time i loved the house online but in person it’s even better…i love that it’s other houses close by and stores are not that far away…overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely book with them again.

A well appointed house

This property had everything we needed. It has several spaces to gather, lots of comfy seeting, a very well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. My friends and i had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Perfect for friends & family snow weekend!

Two families stayed here (4 adults and 4 kids aged 8 to 13) and it was the perfect place! There was nothing else we could have asked for as the house was clean, easy to access, super cozy, comfortable beds and ample space. The weather was pretty crummy so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor living space on the deck. The kids did enjoy the hot tub though! Given the intense cold, the two fireplaces at both ends of the house was both welcomed and a nice touch with the ice and snow falling.Make sure you bring a loufa or wash cloth since outside of towels, those are not provided. Not a reason to complain, just make sure you have those for showering! We would love for Dan to share his home again with us in the future. We would stay here again for sure!
