Welcome to Sand Dollar Sunsets. This beautiful, newly renovated two-bedroom/two-bath condo has breathtaking ocean views from the 15th Floor that will leave you breathless. 180-degree unobstructed views of the beach and right in front of Tigertail! Direct access to the beach. Great location to many restaurants and stores. Enjoy South Seas heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness center located in building 3. Laundry facilities are located on each floor. Free Wi-Fi.

Marco Island was a dream trip for us and I can not imagine any accommodations that would have been better than Sam's condo. The gulf sunset views from the patio were amazing. Tigertail Beach just a short walk away for shelling or hanging out. The condo is spacious with a plenty of kitchen space. Clean, comfortable, really easy place to spend time and relax. Just what we needed !!

This condo was among the best equipped I've started in through VRBO. There were plenty of paper products, dishwasher and laundry detergent for a short stay. The kitchen was as well equipped as you could ask for. The host also provided beach equipment. Sam was very responsive and easy to deal with.

We’ve been coming to Marco Island for many years, most often staying at one of the South Seas towers. Hands down, year’s experience was among the very best EVER because of the specific condo and owner. The view is always spectacular; I thought this might be too high, it wasn’t! The condo was very clean, well-stocked, the kitchen and bathrooms were updated, the bed was comfortable and every little detail seemed to be thought of to make our stay so enjoyable. We will DEFINITELY rent this unit and from this owner again; communication was great and heartfelt. Thank you, thank you!!

We have stayed on the property several years and this has been our best stay at South Seas. One of the best views of the beach and sunset. Everything was thought through and extras were provided to make our stay the best. Updated space and decor was nicely done. We would definitely pick this property again

Great stay for the holiday!

My family and I had a great stay at the condo. Sam and Cindy were very responsive and have done a nice job with the upkeep of this space. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms remodeled recently and pictures did not do it justice to the space. The local area was great and just a quick walk to beach. Great Stay!

Had an awesome stay in Marco Island! Sam was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. I was a little worried because we were checking in really late, but the whole process was exactly as described. Loved the area—great restaurants, beautiful beach, and a nice pool. The condo was comfortable for our family of four and had everything we needed for the beach. Everyone we met was really friendly. Would totally come back
