Benvenuti a Villa Atlantic Sunrise, una grande e tranquilla proprietà sulla spiaggia con 250 piedi di spiaggia privata su una spiaggia di sabbia rosa deserta lunga miglia. Villa Atlantic Sunrise è l'ideale per chi ama la sensazione di privacy in un bellissimo paesaggio oceanico e sulla spiaggia. L'aiuto e l'assistenza sono vicini se necessario, ma non sarai disturbato se non vuoi esserlo. Puoi guardare l'alba direttamente dal tuo letto! Atlantic Sunrise non ha vicini a sud per un miglio. A nord c'è un vicino, ma il fogliame in mezzo offre una completa privacy e la spiaggia è sempre deserta.

Questa proprietà ha lo snorkeling eccellente proprio sulla spiaggia di fronte alla casa. Per coloro che amano passeggiare lungo la spiaggia, è possibile camminare per chilometri sulla nostra spiaggia in entrambe le direzioni. Il ristorante / bar sulla spiaggia chiamato The Deck si trova su questa spiaggia, una bella passeggiata a sud.

Questa spaziosa casa (2600 piedi quadrati) dispone di una grande sala ampia con spettacolare vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano dalla zona giorno, zona pranzo e cucina. La zona giorno presenta una parete di vetro scorrevole di 10 piedi che si affaccia sull'oceano. La camera è arredata con un set da pranzo in teak, un set di divani in rattan e una sedia a dondolo. C'è anche un divano letto in una stanza in più.

Atlantic Sunrise ha una grande cucina aperta con un piano di lavoro che si affaccia sulla grande sala. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con frigorifero / congelatore, piano cottura in vetro, macchina da caffè, frullatore, tostapane, microonde, tritaghiaccio, frullatore, shaker, pentole e padelle di diverse dimensioni e altro ancora. I ripiani sono elegantemente rifiniti con piastrelle francesi.

Villa Atlantic Sunrise ha due camere da letto, entrambe con vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. La master suite con letto king size, come la grande sala, presenta una parete di vetro scorrevole di 10 piedi che si affaccia sull'oceano. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale. Entrambe le camere hanno ampi bagni completi con doppi lavandini e docce. La master suite ha anche una lussuosa vasca di grandi dimensioni.

La veranda con vista sull'oceano è ideale per guardare l'alba, il mare o le stelle. È coperto per l'ombra e arredato con un set da pranzo in teak. Accanto c'è una doccia esterna. Esci dalla tua veranda e attraversa il cortile fino a raggiungere una spiaggia di sabbia rosa deserta lunga miglia.

La casa è stata progettata per catturare le brezze marine e portarle attraverso le stanze, mantenendo la casa confortevole e ventilata tutto l'anno. Oltre all'aria condizionata in tutte le camere, tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto per un'ulteriore circolazione dell'aria. La casa è dotata di lavatrice. I tuoi vestiti si asciugheranno rapidamente e naturalmente sulla linea di vestiti nella brezza dell'oceano. C'è una griglia a carbone all'esterno per grigliate all'aperto e un set da pranzo nella veranda con vista sull'oceano per mangiare all'aperto. La casa è dotata di due amache. Offriamo internet ad alta velocità con WIFI, telefono (per chiamate all'interno di Eleuthera), radio e proiettore per video e film. Se desideri ascoltare la tua musica o guardare la TV o i film con il tuo computer, collega il tuo laptop con una porta USB al nostro sistema box e proiettore (cavo HDMI disponibile). Abbiamo anche altoparlanti per la musica. La casa non ha una TV convenzionale.

Villa Atlantic Sunrise si trova a meno di 15 minuti dal Governor's Harbour, la città principale dell'isola, che offre ottimi ristoranti, tra cui famosi Tippy, negozi di alimentari, caffetteria, un negozio di immersioni, negozi di articoli da regalo e una deliziosa collezione di case storiche. James Cistern, a soli 5 minuti nella direzione opposta, ha due negozi di alimentari, una stazione di benzina e due ristoranti. Il pesce fresco è spesso disponibile al molo della città.

L'eccellente ristorante dello Sky Beach Club con servizio a bordo piscina e bar sull'acqua è a meno di 10 minuti di distanza. Il ristorante Leo Rose e Mel's Snack Shack sono a soli 5 minuti di distanza.

Una delle più belle spiagge dei Caraibi, Alabaster Bay, dista meno di 5 minuti in auto. Lì hai acque tranquille e poco profonde e puoi guardare il tramonto.

Wonderful time

Beautiful Views

What a wonderful house and a wonderful location. We just spent a week at Atlantic Sunrise and enjoyed every minute. The house is spacious and we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms, since it was a little hot for us at night. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture comfortable. We loved the views from the porch of the waves crashing on the pink sand beach, which is just at the end of the garden. Linda, the housekeeper, was very friendly and extremely helpful. The house is about 15 minutes from Governor’s Harbour, where we found everything that we needed, good restaurants etc. Plus we were able to visit some of the other lovely beaches around the island – such as Ten Bay Beach and Jack’s Bay. One suggestion – since the internet access appears to be somewhat unreliable (it didn’t work the whole time we were there plus see earlier review), maybe don’t advertise it, and then people won’t be disappointed if it doesn’t work. Also provide a TV and DVD player, so that people can have some entertainment at night, if the internet is down. Overall – I’d certainly recommend the house to others looking for a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Absolutely the best location on the island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not our first trip to Eleuthera but our first time staying at this wonderful home. We've rented homes on both sides of the island, this location is my favorite. It is very private, although near the airport we only heard one plane take off the entire time we were there and we were swimming at the time. Don't be fooled by the proximity, it is a very peaceful location. You'll also appreciate the location when it's time to leave. It's also very close to the grocery stores in James Cistern and Governors Harbor. The house itself if well furnished with everything you need to prepare dinner or just hang out with the family. We really appreciated the amazing sunrises each morning. We spent many hours on the porch watching the waves and enjoying the ocean breezes. We are divers and love the water, the reef in front of the house is probably one of the nicest that is reachable from shore. Don't read the travel guides, no other reef we visited on our previous trips comes close the life on the reef in front of the home. This reef is truly a hidden gem, maybe not anymore. We spent hours each day, even after returning from dive trips, snorkeling in front of the house. Beach is clean and private.The caretaker was very responsive to any needs we had during our stay as was Matthew @ Eleuthera Vacation Rentals.I want to thank the owners for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home.

Paradise Found

What an idyllic piece of paradise! The lovely home with its gorgeous views and refreshing breezes was pristinely clean thanks to Linda! We loved the breezy porch surrounded with coconut trees with glimpses of the aqua colored waters. The house appeared recently painted and updated. It was well outfitted and included snorkeling gear as well. The beach was deserted and the water entrance sandier than some with great snorkeling. It’s one of those places you wish you could stay at forever. We will be back.

The house is spacious with large windows everywhere to provide lots of light and sunrise views. The big 10' glass doors off the master and living room were especially nice. The new deck recliners were a plus as the back covered porch is a great place to do work, play games, or just relax. The Starlink WiFi was amazing as well. There were lots of coconuts to cut open and eat if you can get them down and know how to wield a machete! Delicious!Some notes: The kitchen furnishings are adequate but not overly stocked--no tin foil or cookie sheet to cover items baking.If you really want/like to snorkle, bring your own gear. All in all, we loved it here.

Your own private beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year we've booked and will never go anywhere else. The rooms are nice and large, clean, it cools down quickly and has a very large covered porch which is your 2nd living room. It's just beautiful and the yard is very lush but maintained. There is small sand path to the beach which is about as good as you would want. Huge sandy beach with calm enough waters. You need to get past the shore breaks, but most are in super shallow water. The water is crystal clear. There are rocks to navigate but you can go in pretty far before them. If you want privacy and pure beach time with a house with some space, this is perfect. The house is well maintained. Highly recommend. The location is convenient because James Cistern is just up the road with a few good places to eat and drink, groceries and liquor. Governors Harbor is also close, about 10 minutes.

Perfect Location from which to Tour Eleuthera!

This cottage was just as advertised - spacious, nicely appointed and well-equipped with everything needed for a lengthy stay. The location is isolated, but near enough to towns to make trips for groceries or meals fairly quick. The sunrises in the mornings were spectacular! The yard is really nice as is the access path to the beach. However the high tides made for a fairly high bluff from which it was hard to get down onto the actual beach. We found a ladder to use for the access, so made it fine - you just have to be a little creative! (Maybe a platform with steps would be helpful...) The palms are gorgeous and the property, though dated, it well-maintained. The electricity did go off at various random times during our stay, but never really impacted us - and that is just part of being on this island - it is under no control of the property managers. All in all, we will recommend this property to others. We had a nice stay.

Private Heaven

Property was absolutely beautiful! During our week we saw a total of 5 people on our miles long beach. Being in close proximity to Governor's Harbour was convenient.The Villa terrace was the place to be while there, as refreshing trade winds were 24/7. We never ran out of water but had to be extremely prudent when using because sometimes the shower or kitchen faucet would suddenly stop. As our week progressed we were able to manage it. AC worked exceptionally well. The Washing machine did not work. The staff were very helpful!

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantic Sunrise. The location was beautiful, being on the ridge above the beach. We enjoyed sitting in the bedroom and watching the waves break on the beach. Kim and Jason made the booking process smooth. Linda, the housekeeper was very helpful, calling to check we settled in and asking if we needed anything. Overall our trip was quiet and restful. Some of the few restaurants were closed as we traveled during COVID. We most enjoyed what this island has to offer: natural beauty, warm waters, and quiet beaches.

Love Eleuthera

Reviewer Comments: Our Family, 2 adult children and my wife and I are repeat Eleutheran travelers and our last stay at Atlantic Sunrise was also a return trip. We love the beach in front of the house, and being close to James Cistern and Governors Harbor, but with so many miles of empty beaches and great snorkeling right at our doorstep. The house was clean and everything was in good condition as usual. Linda the caretaker was on top of things as usual. We will certainly be back.

Heated up

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is on a beautiful stretch of beach. It’s a large house very clean. It Has a beautiful back porch into the side and a lovely beach view to the side. The houses is set back a bit from the beach making it difficult to hear or feel the ocean. There are two air-conditioners one in each bedroom but none in the living areas or bathrooms. Normally we are very tolerant of heat. We were there during a very hard time at a time and there is no breeze blowing through the house so other than the bedrooms the rest of the house reach 90 and was almost unlivable. So sadly we rented a huge house and mostly hung out in the best when there. I’m sure you’re in cooler months it may be a breeze it was through.

Above and beyond!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are not the resort or cruise type people, so when vacationing we gravitate to areas that are less people but also have local flare. This villa provided the perfect integration of private but also access to great restaurants and activities. You will need to rent a car to get around to the eateries, because it is pretty isolated. We LOVED that, we were at the villa for five days and never saw a person on the beach! The water is crazy beautiful and we just kept saying "Wow!" The breeze on the porch made it our favorite place to hang out, and cooled things down a bit. Linda was very nice, but we never needed anything so didn't have much interaction with her. The house was very clean and we felt very comfortable. In a nutshell, if you love privacy but also great places to eat and things to do- this is your place. We are grateful to God for His beautiful creation and grateful to have stayed in this wonderful place.

Amazing Retreat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Atlantic Villa Sunrise was a great escape! We booked it for our wedding/honeymoon week and loved it. The house is a little outdated and could use some minor repairs but overall not a deal breaker. The windows and doors all have screens enabling us to keep them open during the day and keep bugs out. The back porch faces the Atlantic Ocean and was a two min walk to a beautiful beach. We were there a week and didn’t see another person on it. The sunrises were spectacular and during low tide there were opportunities for shell hunting. The only negative things during our stay was the miscommunication for checking in. We received a very detailed letter explaining the ins and outs of eh house, and that The property caretaker would meet us to show us around. We emailed her and didn’t get much response. Upon arrival I called her and she said the keys were in the house. Also, we were asked to fill a water container before leaving for the next guests, however, it was nearly empty when we arrived. Make sure you bring a hairdryer and if you need to do laundry, it’s hang dry only as there is not a dryer. Both bedrooms have a wall AC unit which were perfect for sleeping. Overall, we loved this property and would love to rent again in the future!

Why I Hesitate to Write This Review:

If we tell you how terrific this house/location/ease of renting has been, will you have grabbed it for the very week when we dream of returning? We wobble between wanting to keep Atlantic Sunrise Villa a well-kept secret and feeling obligated to share info with this community-at-large, on whose candid reviews we often rely! OK. Obligation wins. But will you respect the property? Please? First: location. The house is scarcely a mile from GH Airport (but no, you won't hear noise of buzzing puddlejumpers). The house is tucked off the main road, down a cut through the brush. It's also a 15-minute drive to Governor's Harbour itself, and relatively equidistant to beaches, sights north/south. I didn't quite believe other reviewers about the beach until I saw it myself--and I'm still searching for my jaw, which I dropped somewhere out the back porch. The backyard is lined with coconut trees and greenery; scarcely a 30-second walk beyond lies a magnificent beach on which, during Easter week, we NEVER saw another human. (Color correction: "pink" is a little overstated...in certain lights, "blush" maybe?) There is only one neighbor...who was quiet, kind and welcoming (hi, Mike!). The pounding waves lulled us to sleep every night; indeed that extraordinary sunrise was there for the watching in the mornings. (Beware dawn/dusk noseeums and skeeters, folks. Keep those screen doors SHUT!) The house surpassed our expectations and, as others have noted, the photos don't quite do it justice. All the rooms are large, airy, understated and comfortably appointed. The room flow is easy, the bathrooms VAST. The washing machine works!! It was absolutely clean and yes, the projector works if you want to hook up your computer and watch movies on the wall. (No TV.) Note the room count: master bedroom with a king bed (and that sunrise display!!!) ; second bedroom with a queen bed. Another person could sleep on the sofabed in the living room area, which is just outside the bedrooms and not private. Comfortable, but definitely not a third bedroom. Renting the property--working with the agents and later, the caretaker--was easy and helpful. Agents responded quickly and were ever-generous with tips and advice, answering all questions. Recommendations packets were spot-on. While we never met the caretaker in person, she was available by phone. Ample clean towels, sheets, spices. GO!!! (And if you respect the island, ask a local about Receivers' Beach. Four minutes away!)

A Beautiful Place to Vacation

Wiring money was a bit nerve-wracking for us since we had not done this in the past; but it all went well (but don't expect much in way of receipt - you'll get an email that they got it). There were many questions that we had prior to the trip (and while we were there) that never got answered by the Caretaker, Linda. Some of those questions were answered in the FAQ's we found at the house - it would be helpful to have those FAQ's emailed to future renters beforehand (and they could be expanded upon/updated). The house was extremely nice and had a lot of amenities. The master bed was comfortable and the furniture was cozy and welcoming. The only downside to the house were the sliding doors in the living room and bedroom (could be worked on so that they function better) and the lack of shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. You have to buy water and leave some behind for future guests (it would be nice to know that ahead of time as we had stopped at the store for groceries before going to the house and had to go out again). We would rent this place again as the location on the island is IDEAL and is close to Queen's Highway. Renting a 4WD jeep (or car with higher clearance) is also something we would do instead of a 2WD car. The beach is deserted and beautiful. The yard and veranda are extremely lovely; we spent a great deal of time on the veranda. You are on the windy side of the island, so be aware of that. And also be prepared for washed up trash (nets, plastic, propane tank) on the beach - it's extremely sad to see on such a beautiful beach. It's not only on this beach, but many of the others we visited.
