Awesome townhome in a great Seattle neighborhood!

We had a great stay in one of the best Seattle neighborhoods… Queen Anne! Four of us stayed for a long weekend and we were ultra comfortable in the townhome. Location was perfect… close to everything Seattle has to offer. Really nice neighbors made us pizza and took us on a bike tour! Highly recommended!!

Listing is misleading

Very disappointed in this rental. First false statement in the listing: bedrooms on the first floor. Very much untrue. The garage and laundry are on the first floor, and the bedrooms are up a steep flight of stairs. They can also be accessed from outside by walking up a steep hill and several other stairs. This was an issue for my party, who had an unexpected mobility problem that made staying in this rental impossible. Second misleading aspect of the listing - the space. I hope you like the couch in the photo, because it’s literally the only place to sit in the entire rental besides a couple dining chairs that are in the same 10x10 ft space as the couch. Third - the size. As mentioned above, the entire common space is 10x10; the rest is bedrooms. The secondary bedrooms are large enough for one full bed and that’s all. Literally. Fourth - there is no air conditioning besides a couple of plug in units whose ducting must be Jerry-rigged to the windows and sliders. Fifth - there are no balconies, unless you consider a 6-inch wide grate and railing sticking out of a slider a “balcony.” Sixth - the cleanliness. The unit was clean enough, but the carpet is old and gross and stained. The entire thing desperately needs a coat of paint and is generally just grubby. Didn’t work for my party. Tried to pay for part of the stay in exchange for cancelling the rest, as my party couldn’t stay even one night. The property management refused to budge in any way. Zero stars.
