This is the ultimate beach get away with family or friends. This unit has a birds eye view of the expansive water oasis complete with hot tub, bath house, and two pools. Cook your fresh catch poolside and enjoy the sunset at this very private resort. Sand is what you desire? Included is complementary beach service waiting for you just steps away from the condo on the amazing private white sands of Destin. There is elevator service to ease your transition in and out of the unit. Inside, you will find a full complement of dishes, towels, and linens to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a king bed in the master with a full master bath. The bunkroom has two twin bunks built in and it's own full private bath as well. Everything is supplied to make sure that you have a comfortable stay. Property also includes a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Don't feel like cooking? There are plenty of great restaurants, shopping, rentals, and fishing nearby. This is the perfect spot to get away without sacrificing the convenience of location. Walk or rent a golf cart to get around this spectacular part of the Emerald Coast.

We've been coming to Destin for 8 years, and this was hands down the best condo we've stayed in. The pictures truly don't do it justice — the space is gorgeous, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable. The pool is amazing, and the LOCATION couldn’t be better. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

This is a really good property to stay with your family. Very big pool with plenty of chairs and beds, hot jacuzzy and showers. The private beach was a steps from the apartment, with 2 chairs and umbrella included in the price. Super clean and well maintained place. The owner always reply back quick when we contacted him. Washer and drier in the apartment was a big plus for us too. We will be back for sure.

The condo was even better than expected! It was steps away to the amazing, kid-friendly pools and a private beach entrance. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with utensils, and the extra bathroom and bunk beds was great for our family of 4. The beach service was an added bonus. Would absolutely recommend!

Good location. Easy to get most every where. Walked to a nearby restaurant which was great too. Tip - enter the parking area from the access road, not 98.

Jeff was great to work with. Very responsive from the time of booking to checking out. The unit was very clean. The only thing that I would say, which isn't at the fault of the owners, is how loud the pool gate was when closing. You can hear it all the way in the main bedroom. Not sure what can be done to remedy that, but other than that minor inconvenience, we had a wonderful time!

Perfect Condo on a beautiful stretch of the Emerald Coast

We love the condo and its location. It was perfectly described and the pool was one of the best we have had while on a vacation in the emerald coast. We would without a doubt stay here again as it everything about the stay was just easy. The beach chairs and private beach access made getting ourselves and kiddos down the beach so easy and I'm not sure we would ever pick a place that doesn't include chair service again. Two things to note. The pool gate is right under the unit and VERY noticeable as people let the gate slam behind them. The master bedroom mattress is worn and pretty uncomfortable. I travel for work multiple times a month so I am used to it. All that said, Its a great condo and the owner made the stayign here SO easy.

Excellent location for family vacation

The was an amazing place for our family, including 3 and 6 year old girls, to escape for vacation. The condo has been nicely updated and the girls loved the bunk beds. It was a short walk to the beach and the very convenient to have an umbrella and 2 chairs waiting for us upon our arrival. We loved the pools and spent multiple hours there each day. At least 2 good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely go back without hesitation!

We love staying at Beach Resort! The resort is always well maintained and the pool and beach access are great. This unit was updated and super clean. It’s also right near the elevator so it makes it really convenient for loading/unloading. The owner was also super responsive when we couldn’t find something. Overall really happy with this unit choice!

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay at Beach Resort and at this unit. We’ve come to Beach Resort for about 8 years and it’s our favorite. The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean! Had everything we needed for our stay. Jeff was easy to get in touch with and addressed any questions we had prior/during our stay. We highly recommend this unit to others. You won’t be disappointed! The bonus is having the umbrella and chairs set up at the beach.

Nicely remodeled condo with great pool

The condo was great and newly remodeled and had everything we needed. The pool was great too and we had the option of two pools and a hot tub to use. The beach was across the street and only downside was that it was a little confusing on which entrance to use to get to beach access. Otherwise our stay was great and weather was perfect! We go down to Destin/Miramar Beach every year so we’ll definitely be back! Also the hosts were very accommodating and easy to get a hold of!

Beach Resort 207 on Sandy Cay Drive

The property exceeded our expectations. Easy access to the private beach, great on-site pools and hot tub, parking is close to the unit. Included with condo rental were 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach. Recently updated condo was nice and relaxing with a balcony and pool view. While the resort is near other resorts on the Scenic Highway 98, it felt secluded by all of the palm trees on site and was secure in a gated courtyard. Several restaurants are in walking range and many more a short drive away. Our hosts were great in responding to questions that came up during our stay and made everything easy for us to access and check out. Our first trip to the Destin/Miramar Beach area, and we will definitely be back in the future.

A great stay

The condo was excellent. Jeff was easy to communicate with and helpful. There was enough room for our family of 5, utilizing the sofa bed. Well stocked with trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods, as well as washcloths and towels. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. The walk to the beach was short. Finding the gate the first time was a little tricky, but look for the white gate with the name of 4 condos on it, including Beach Resort, located just beyond a large white beachfront condo. The signs are small and we missed them the first time, but actually very close to the condo. The beach was lovely. You do share it with 4 other condo buildings, so it wasn’t quite as private as I had thought but still a great time. Plenty to do right around the area and of course within driving distance too. My girls are already asking when we will return!

Loved this condo

We were there for a week for baseball World Series. This condo was very nice and the owners were very quick to respond any time I messaged them. The only thing that was an issue, was the gate to the pool is right under the condo and you could hear it slam every time someone went in and out of it. Finding the gate to the beach was also a little tricky at first. However, all info was in the binder that they have in the condo. We had just walked to the beach after we got unpacked and hadn’t looked yet. But the information they have in the binder is very well put together. Thanks for having such a great place to stay!

We Love Beach Resort Condo Complex!

The unit was accurately described. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The condo was clean l, nicely decorated, and the AC set at 70 kept the condo nice and cool which is always a huge plus. This was our second time staying at Beach Resort and the pool is always a huge hit!! The location is perfect! Just a few minute walk to the beach and very close to lots of restaurants! We even walked to and from The Crab Trap one evening for dinner. This was our first time staying in this particular condo unit and the pool gate is directly under the unit which was very noisy every time it was shut by guest. We could hear the slam in every room of the condo. We loved the condo, but unfortunately we would stay at another unit in this complex because of the gate noise.

Nice stay but couldn't see beach from balcony

Very nice condo. Beds and couch comfortable. We loved the pool and short walk to the beach. Conveniently located next to elevator. The view online gives a false impression you can see the ocean from balcony, you cannot. Second floor only has up close view of pool. No basic spices for cooking but did have cookware. Other than the couple of things I listed, we enjoyed our annual vacation here!

Being able to have this wonderful property and sharing it with guests is exactly what we wanted. My wife and I both love boating, golfing, and enjoying new places to eat. Of course, you can't beat the sandy shores of Destin to spend relaxing days at the beach.

The area around Beach Resort is great. You are a walk or a golf cart ride away from several restaurants, bars, and shopping yet it is very quiet and relatively low traffic. Of course, being right across the street from the private beach entrance with our full service amenities just makes this location PERFECT!

Our property is completely renovated and redecorated to immerse you in that 'salt life' we all desire. We offer everything you need for your stay to make you feel right at home. The unit is almost completely brand new inside and offers a great view of the resort. Sit out on your private balcony and listen to the ocean or make the short walk out to the beach and enjoy complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella on the sugar white sands of Destin. Having all of the amenities of the resort and only being a short walk to such an amazing beach is really hard to pass up!
