It is important to note that the house operates on a septic system, and only toilet paper should be flushed. While the house has undergone some renovations, the staircase to the basement retains its original, unique design, grandfathered under current standards. This means some deviations from modern specifications exist, and we ask for extra caution when using these stairs.

The third bedroom and laundry room are situated in the basement. This bedroom benefits from its own exterior door, offering a walk-out access alternative to the staircase. This feature is especially convenient for guests who prefer not to navigate the stairs. Additionally, be mindful of areas in the basement where the ceiling height is reduced due to covered soffits.
For security purposes, there is an exterior camera mounted above the garage that monitors the driveway area only.
