This home was not what I expected at all. This home is not is the greatest of neighborhoods. The house must have had guests that smoked weed before our stay. I was not expecting to have small ac units in each room but thankfully it was cool enough to sleep.

We enjoyed our girls trip and the location was great, only 15 minutes from the Civil Rights Museum and Beale Street. Brandon was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!!!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The house is so nice and spacious! Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip. Brandon is a great host. His customer service is definitely second to none. He made our stay very comfortable.

Property very clean. Convenient location to multiple areas of the city. 4 bedrooms were great for a group of friends with 2 areas to gather besides the table. Excellent communication with nearly immediate replies. Would consider returning to this place.

Great place and the best host!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was decorated beautifully, and we really enjoyed all the games and outside area. Brandon was wonderful! He was very responsive and helped with all of our questions.

Memphis getaway

As Louisiana residents we chose Memphis due to distance. Choosing the house was easy and very clean. The location was in the perfect distance to all main attractions. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back

Gorgeous Home

We loved staying here! Brandon is an excellent host and this rental perfectly suited our needs. We were very comfortable, and we loved the beautiful, modern decor. The house is clean, well-equipped, and the location is convenient to all the places we visited during our stay in Memphis. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay with Brandon at the Midtownretreat was amazing! The house was beautiful and so vlean! The cleaniest VRBO we have ever stayed in! We will be returning! Retreat. The hous is beautiful, spacious, and so clean!

The property is located in an area where I would never go or spend the night. Right across the street properties are boarded up. I was able to park my car behind a locked gate, but I don’t want to stay in an area where that needs to be done.I was waked up in the early hours by patrons of a club leaving. There were artificial scents in every room, which a lot of people do not tolerate. Myself being one as well as my other friends. The property photographs well, and it looks true to the photos. I don’t like saying negative things, but I believe I need to.
