This condo is an end unit on the top floor. We also own the other top floor end unit in this same building (see VRBO #506132 to view that rental). Our condominium complex ("Dunescape") is located in the Front Beach area of the Isle of Palms and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The building itself is located right next door to The Windjammer, a restaurant / bar that also serves as a live music venue with both indoor and outdoor performances.

The Dunescape complex is gated for privacy and features covered parking, an elevator, a gas grill and a swimming pool. Each Dunescape condo unit also provides a private, outdoor storage closet which allows guests to store beach and pool items that they may not want to carry to and store in the actual unit.
