The queen-size bed, separated from the living area by a curtain, ensures a restful night's sleep, while the living area features a queen sofa sleeper and a smart TV with an Xbox 360 (with games) for your entertainment needs. Condo is a little small, but comfy. Great area and within walking distance to beach on both bay and gulf side.

Enjoyed our little cove studio

Had a great visit to Sunset Harbour! Love this location and the studio met our needs! Walked to the beach and enjoyed the Sound daily!

Beautiful area

Have stayed in this complex 4-6 times but this is the first time I've ever had any problems with the room. Water leaking, lights not working, dirty dishes, getting locked in the bathroom. Was still nice for the most part.

You're paying for location

The vibe of the room was nice, but everything had a very cheap feel to it. The "waterfront view" shown in the listing was actually a view of a active construction site. The walls were paper thin and we were awoken to people doing work a few houses down. Heard every word and footstep from the neighbors. The bed was hard as a rock. The shower was very small, but the water pressure was good. The fishing pier was top notch, there's nothing bad to say about it. And the proximity to the pier, beach, and seashore are all huge pro's.Overall, I do not feel like the quality of the rental justified the price. However, if you're just worried about having somewhere to sleep while you're out and about, its not too bad.
