We enjoyed our time as a family at your wonderful home. Plenty of space for everyone to be together and also have their own personal space. Having the pool just steps away was wonderful and the elevator was a godsend. The beach was only a short ride away with the provided golf cart! Wish we could have stayed another week. Thank you!

Great house, great location!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at 4 shrimp and a crab! It’s in the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and having the golf cart made getting there even easier. The pool was great! All the little extras were provided, beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys and bikes. We would absolutely return and would recommend this house to anyone.

Clean, roomy and close to the beach

Property was well kept, clean and quite comfortable. The walk to the beach was easy. The pool was so clean and refreshing. The golf cart came in handy more than once and the elevator made the unloading and loading a piece of cake. We had a great time and recommend this property to anyone considering Surfside Beach.

Perfect beach getaway!!!!

4 Shrimp and a Crab was the perfect beach getaway. The home looks exactly like the pictures. We were close to a lot of attractions, had a private pool and was walking distance to the beach. The added amenity was the use of the golf cart. The host checked in on us when we arrived to see if we had a questions and to let us know that we could reach out if needed. Of course, we didn’t need them because the place was perfect. We will definitely use them again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!!!!

Perfect beach vacation spot

This was our 5th stay in Surfside, and 4 Shrimp and a Crab is our favorite place to stay!! The house is so beautiful and there is a ton of space for everyone. The pool was a star feature for us, as well as the use of a golf cart with pre-paid beach front parking! We were only a few blocks from the beach (3-4) but when you have to haul equipment, the golf cart was a life saver! We ate almost every meal on the balcony because the ceiling fan and breeze made it all so perfect. We will always come back to this house!!

Fun in the sun!

4 Shrimp and a Crab provides a great home base to enjoy the beach and pool and all the amenities of Surfside. We especially enjoyed the boat tours of Murrell’s inlet and some exciting Putt-putt matches. The accommodations and pool were perfect for our family!

Great place for extended family

Stayed for my son’s graduation from CCU: place was perfect for our family of teens, parents and grandparents. Location is much closer to the beach than it appears bc there’s a pedestrian bridge over the lake. Would definitely stay again.

Great Vacation

This house was very beautiful, clean, well equipped with anything you might need. Golf cart was a lifesaver and we were very happy with the elevator. Best of all was the owner’s hospitality and care for their guests!

Sunshine Bike Week

Me and my friends stay was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out. The heated pool was the highlight and the golf cart access was also wonderful overall we will be renting this house every time we return to Myrtle and not just for bike week but for family vacations.

We are a family of 5 who love our homes in Surfside Beach SC, “The Family Beach”. Throughout the years we vacationed at many different places along the coast of North and South Carolina. When we stayed at Surfside Beach, we knew this was the place we wanted to purchase a home at. It has so much more to offer than the other coastal areas we visited previously- it is a small family-oriented town only 2 miles long, that is clean, safe, and close to all the activities of the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand, and is golf cart and pedestrian friendly so you can leave the car parked and just enjoy family time.

When we were younger, we stayed at many places, but they always seemed to let us down- issues with cleanliness, location, amenities, etc. We decided if we were ever fortunate enough to own a beach home that we, or people who visited our home, would never experience these issues. We offer everything possible at our homes. We handle all rentals on our own, being most rental companies are concerned with profit above guest satisfaction. We do everything possible to ensure a 5 star stay for our guests who often become friends over the years, and even have a local contact, who is a friend of ours, to help handle any unforeseen issues that one may incur during their stay.

We try to make sure our homes have everything that you would have at your personal home like a well-stocked kitchen and laundry, plus nice amenities while on vacation like private pools, hammocks, linens and house towels, beach toys and chairs, ping pong, and some of the homes also have elevators, and included golf carts. On top of all of that our places are clean, and none of them are very far from the beach, or shopping, restaurants, and attractions.

House has numerous covered porches with rocking chairs that offer nice, relaxing views, and a nice private pool with pool area. A fantastic place to escape from the hectic pace of daily life and work for a week or two :)
