Welcome to our luxurious paradise retreat at Ko Olina Beach Villas, where relaxation meets first-class amenities. This impeccably maintained penthouse in the Beach Tower offers breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and lagoon pools—a true tropical haven designed for unforgettable holidays.

Your stay includes thoughtful touches like a welcome basket, free Wi-Fi, and free long-distance calls within North America. The condo is equipped with beach toys, golf clubs, Apple TV, puzzles, books, and a printer/fax/scanner—yes, even hairdryers are provided!

Located in an exclusive gated resort, our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse comfortably sleeps six, with additional options for a baby or young child. The spacious 1,350 sq. ft. condo includes a 300 sq. ft. lanai overlooking the ocean and lagoon pools. Appointed with top-of-the-line appliances—a Wolf oven, Sub-Zero wine fridge, Samsung washer/dryer, and more—this condo ensures a seamless blend of luxury and practicality. Each room features a smart TV, and the living area includes Apple TV for added entertainment.

The lanai is the perfect spot to unwind, offering oversized chairs and a magical view for morning coffee, whale watching, or sunset dining while listening to the waves. For beach days or poolside BBQs, we provide plastic dishes, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and more. Indoor relaxation is just as inviting, with puzzles, movies, games, and books to enjoy.

The resort’s amenities include three hot tubs, a kids' pool, a fitness center, saunas, steam rooms, and a beach bar. You’re also steps from beach rentals, spa facilities, and a world-class golf course. A short walk takes you to great dining options, beachside bars, and the Disney Hotel. The Honu Lagoon offers tranquil swimming and snorkeling, while the nearby marina provides paddleboard rentals and other adventures.

For shopping enthusiasts, the Waikele Outlet Mall and Costco are just a 10-minute drive, and Waikiki is a 30-minute drive east. The Honolulu International Airport is conveniently only 25 minutes away.

The Welcome Basket was a nice touch filled with goodies. The view was absolutely stunning. You could see so much of the ocean. It was fun to watch the ships going in and out of the harbor. The lagoon had a surprising variety of fish and was very safe. The condo itself sleeps four comfortably. It has a wonderful spacious kitchen, fully equipped. We spent most of our time while in the condo on the lanai, as it has a large table and plenty of seating. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo.

We loved the unit, from the interior layout to the amenities provided. Your outdoor lanai was the best. We didn’t sit inside on the sofas but found the accommodations for seating the best outdoor on the lanai. you should update your pictures to include that you have great seating and also a table out there. Our family enjoyed having the two units next to each other that allowed for us to all be together yet have our own sleeping areas. I highly recommend your unit to anyone wanting a perfect family vacation. Thank you.

Loved our stay! Kim was so responsive with our requests. Living area was perfect for our family and bedrooms were comfortable. Beautiful views and great access to pools and beach. We were there during flooding and storms on Oahu so we were inside more than usual and it was still fun and comfortable. We were grateful for the chairs, towels, and volleyball too. Great place for a family to stay.

This was truly a 10/10 experience for us! Everything was just as expected and more! My husband and I visited Ko Olina with our 4 kids, and all six of us had the best time there! We were so excited to wake up each morning to the best view we’ve ever had! The kids loved swimming in the pools! We walked along the walking path every day. The whole area felt so safe and had the best energy! (We did not go into the Lagoons due to the large storms that passed through). Even without the ocean, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and made the most of the dry-land activities! We can’t wait to come back again sometime soon!

My family had an incredible time in Hawaii. The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The views were absolutely breathtaking, making every morning feel like a dream. Great location! Ko olina is beautiful and access to the lagoons and amenities are A. Balcony is perfect for an ocean view, pool view, watching the freighters come in and military aircraft fly bys! We would definitely recommend!

Great space for family vacation!

We brought our two teenage daughters here for a family vacation to celebrate their graduations. We had a wonderful time. Loved this property, as it was very spacious for the four of us. Very well supplied and had a wonderful view. Would stay here again for sure!

Perfect location!

You won't find a better view and location for the price. Wonderful Tiki Bar. Very close to Paradise Cove Luau, which is the best on the island. Snorkeling or whale watching trips less than 1/4 mile. away

Great family vacation!

This property is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The view from the lanai was spectacular. The Jean family has gone above and beyond to have everything you might need. Even items like beach chairs, snorkeling gear, inflatables, etc were all there for use and in great condition. We will definitely be back!
