Caymanas Sea Breeze

My home is nestled in the Caymanas Country Club Estate, an upscale sub-urban gated community whose amenities include tennis courts, swimming pools, and a basketball court. It is just outside of the golf and pony clubs and close to a natural mineral river. You'll be only 12 minutes from the capital Kingston, 10 minutes from local beaches, and just off the highway, giving you easy access to Ocho Rios. I hope you love my home as much as I do and I look forward to having you as my guest!

Expect unexpected fees

Home was in a nice location, however the host adds on additional charges for using utilities in the home. The tvs in the rooms did not work, only the living room tv worked w/ access to youtube. No other tv features were available. The toilet barely flushed and the ac in the guest bedroom did not turn on, only the ceiling fan worked. Host also tried to charge for an "oil leak" in the driveway, which i never saw. I always stay at properties in caymanas estates, this has by far been my least favorite experience.
