DIRECT OCEANFRONT House, interior renovation 2022; VERY RARELY RENTED/ occupied

We are direct oceanfront ON BEACHFRONT directly on a wide lifeguarded sandy beach w/ access directly at our house! The ocean photos are our unedited direct oceanfront view taken from our decks. The ocean is even closer than it appears in the pictures. Rented 3-4 weeks or fewer a year and otherwise rarely occupied. Our home is meticulously kept. Not an over-used rental.

Friday-Friday rental. Bright and clean. Easy & short walk or ride our bikes to restaurants & boardwalk. VERY STRICT 8-10 person max occupancy requirement (incl. children/toddlers), 3 kings, 2 queens, no sleep sofa. Deck, grill, outdoor shower w/ shampoo, conditioner, and soap, bikes, 5 new large smart TVs, 2 remote work desks. Additional room: DEN w/ game table

Beautiful family beach get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home’s layout was perfect for our family, and loved the location. The light and airy decor and coastal vibe were very welcoming. Those few rain days were enjoyed inside playing games in the comfort of this beautiful home. The sunrises at this property were amazing. With an infant in tow, being a few steps from the beach was priceless !! Cindi was a wonderful host and I’d highly recommend.

Welcome to our home. We live in the DC suburbs and have two grown children. My husband and I rarely have the opportunity to stay in our home and are renting it 3-4 weeks yearly. We renovated the interior in 2022 to tide us over before we fully renovate or rebuild. Our home will be clean and welcoming upon your arrival, as it is mostly unoccupied! It is our occasional getaway for the two of us.

Why they chose this property

The oceanfront pictures listed are un-edited and accurate images of our view. Because we don't allow more than 10 occupants, and no pets or gatherings as a strict house rule when we rent for 3-4 weeks, the house is not an over-used rental. We take pride in maintaining our home and keeping it fresh and clean.

In 2022 we completed an interior remodel of the kitchen and partial baths, added new flooring, 6" base, door & cabinet hardware, a new staircase, decor, and fresh paint through-out, etc. We love the updated and bright interior and hope that you will find it welcoming.

Our home is conveniently located next to the walkway to the flat lifeguarded beach. It is one of the closer S. Bethany locations for walking to oceanfront dining and shopping in downtown Bethany. The convenience of the S. Bethany stores right across the street from our neighborhood: Big Fish, Grottos, Misaki Sushi, Rosenfeld's Deli, and bait store is awesome ...we ride our bikes there. I often jump on the bike for items at Dollar General; it comes in handy as they have everything you can imagine.

There are 2-4 bikes w/ locks available.There is soap, shampoo & conditioner in the outdoor shower. There is a great morning Yoga class and work-out class right on our beach. Six bar height comfortable Adirondack chairs, a new grill, cafe lights, rug,plants and umbrella on the deck..it's a great spot to enjoy morning coffee, lunch, dinner and the oceanfront view.

We also installed new large smart tvs in the bedrooms w/ Roku. Our Lifeguards are attentive and there is one directly in-front of our house. I hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do. Enjoy the beautiful view and have a relaxing and fun time. Surprisingly we saw a whale last September! - Cindy

What makes this property unique

Close walk to downtown without being in the congestion and craziness of downtown. I love South Bethany! Our street's oceanfront homes are the closest to the ocean. It's a friendly and fun spot!!
