Welcome to one of the best family vacations you will ever have! We look forward to hosting you in our newly renovated and never before rented home. With 5 spacious bedrooms and multiple living areas, you will enjoy plenty of room for more than one family. And you can't beat the location ... just steps to the canal and less than 2 blocks to the beach.

Please note, that from Memorial to Labor Day we primarily rent weekly from SATURDAY to SATURDAY . Also, we will accept a dog with a pet fee.

Please note: linens and towels are not included in the rental. If you would like to rent linens for your stay, we can refer you to a local agency who provides linens at a reasonable cost.

Family from out west for a beach reunion

The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owners. There was an issue with the air conditioner, Ryan was at the house within an hour to try to find a solution. Overall great stay and can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic spacious house, very close to beach

Our annual trip to Bethany was great this year. The house is on the canal side for kayaking and fun water activities, and only a 4 min walk to the beach. The kids and parents all had a blast. The owner was also very responsive when we had one issue with the house. He addressed it immediately.Highly recommend this place.

Great location, spacious house.

Beautiful home

My family had a wonderful time at this property! The house is even nicer than the photos and has all the necessities. Very clean and perfect location. We enjoyed sitting by the water on the back patio and walking to the beach (less than 10 minute walk). We are already talking about wanting to go back next year. Highly recommend!

Family time

We had a great time at this property. I quick walk to the beach & beautiful backyard space on the canal. We grilled & ate outside and it was lovely.

Beach week 2022

The home was perfect for our mixed ages family group. The location was 2 blocks to the ocean and the back patio was spectacular. We spent the most peaceful mornings and evenings enjoying the canal views. Would love to return one day !!!

Great Beach Week for our family of six adults and two small kids

Good spot for our family for a beach week with perfect weather. We enjoyed being able to be outdoors along the canal for grilling and also used the kayaks. Easy walk to the beach with a good crosswalk with safety lights over the highway. We brought our bikes and found trails and neighborhoods to ride them in. Kitchen was a good size and appliances were new. Hocker's Grocery is about a ten minute drive for provisions. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all as described and very clean.

Beachtastic!

What a delightful stay! The roomy house and gorgeous view of the canal made for a relaxing holiday weekend. The proximity to the Beach was excellent and while we spent most of the time on the sand, returning home to the house was a great way to end and start each day! Would love to make it back!

Amazing Vacation!

This vacation home has everything! It was our first time to South Bethany and our family loved every minute of it. The canal and dock out back made great memories for crab trapping (and released) and kayaking. We spent a lot of time there dining, getting some sun and catching up! This home is so spacious for big families. The location was perfect to get to the beach, outlets, restaurants and the legendary boardwalk. It’s quiet and just beautiful to get up early and walk or run. Ryan and Emma are perfect hosts. We thank you for welcoming us into your home and so happy the family could finally convene here. Book fast!

Wonderful home and location

Wonderful property. Short walk to the beach. The beach this far south was not crowded at all. Ryan and Emma were wonderful hosts.
