Hot Tub Bliss with King Master Bedroom

Perfect Hudson Valley Getaway with king bed and 5 other beds, your own private hot tub, a spa like Master Bathroom with frameless shower and heated tile floors make every step oh so cozy in both bathrooms, the dining room AND in the kitchen! The space
An amazing place for up to 11 people to peacefully visit and get together! The bespoke design helps you relax and includes live plants, custom art work, and heated tile floors. The beds and bedding have each been tested for comfort and a plush, decadent stay. Your place is set on a gorgeous 2 acres surrounded by nature and woods. Watch the deer and turkey from your own private hot tub and enormous private deck. Each room has been decorated in its own animal theme and each bed is super comfy and has plush bedding and plenty of quality pillows.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire top floor 1500 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment of the home. I do not live on the property and the apartment below is its own entirely separate 3 bedroom 1 bath Airbnb apartment with its own separate entrance and separate hot tub and is not part of this listing.

Your hot tub is on your own private deck. Your apartment has its own private entrance in the front of the home. It has a well outfitted kitchen and dining for 6 with another table that can be set up in the great room to seat another 5 people (total capacity for this unit is 11 people - please make sure to include all guests in your reservation).

Please note as a house rule that we require guests not to arrive on property before 4pm check in and to make sure they check out 10am or before. This is so our cleaning folks have enough time in between guests to complete their many tasks, without interruption or distraction. For this reason we are not able to accommodate early or late times without adding additional cleaning staff. We are sometimes able to accommodate an early check in or late check out by adding cleaning staff at a cost of $40 hourly if you check with us well in advance.

Your apartment has a 40 gallon hot water tank and you have access to use that water as you choose (showers, dishwashing, warm water laundry, etc). We recommend showers over baths as well as doing laundry in cold or cool cycles. It takes about 1 hour for the hot water to heat back up if it gets drained through a bath, multiple showers etc. 😊☀️
Other things to note
There is no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes inside the unit and also not allowed outside the unit anywhere on property so please do not book if you or your guests smoke/vape/use e-cigarettes as this would be a bad fit for both of us.

We welcome well behaved pets who are used to traveling, so please let us know who your furry companions will be and what your daily plan is for them.

With larger groups, I also just remind folks how important it is to make sure that the water stays in the hot tub. Water can go out depending on how many people are in the hot tub and their sizes so the number of people needs to be limited such that the water is never going over the sides of the hot tub. Also very important that people do not splash large amounts of water out of the hot tub and that the cover is put back on as soon as you are done using it and turn it back to 104 if you had turned the temperature down. We have outside plugs where you may plug in your own Level 1 EV charger at no additional cost to you. We do not have any Level 2 EV charging available.

Please note that the window AC units are installed for summertime use and removed from the windows for cooler seasons.
