Great location

Jodie’s house is the ideal place for a family vacay in the lower Keys. The house is super clean, the beds extremely comfortable and a quiet, safe neighborhood - my top three requirements. We didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities - i.e. hot tub and outdoor kitchen because we were attending a family reunion - but the downstairs area is just like the photos - pristine.

Great spot!

Very comfortable home on Big Pine Key. We were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was beautiful, nice quiet neighborhood that's very centrally located. We had a wonderful time, would book again!

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful house, ample amenities

The house was very well kept and had plenty of space. We loved the outdoor kitchen and swim spa. Overall a very welcoming and relaxing place.

House was great very accommodating for our family! The outside area is great spent a lot of time out there! Christmas tree was perfectly decorated for a beachy Christmas!! Would recommend a stay here!

Perfect.

Everything was exactly as described, and communication with owner was first class. We have rented homes all over the country, and this property is at the top of the fav's list! Plenty of room for our group. Super clean. From Marathon Key, to Key West, quick and easy access to everything we wanted to do. Already making plans to come back next year!

Property was exactly as described! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. We loved the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great place

A great place to stay on one of the most beautiful Florida keys. The owner was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Pésimas vacaciones

Si estas pensando en pasar unos días agradables y relajarte con tu familia en los cayos de la florida este no es el lugar más apropiado. La vecina nos llamo la policía por jugar domino a las 8 de la noche porque según ella estábamos hablando muy alto. Gracias a Dios cuando llegó el policía hasta pena le dio decirnos la razón por la que estaba allí porque se dio cuenta que le habían mentido. Casi a diario recibíamos llamadas de la dueña para quejarse de algo, ya fuera por el parqueo de los carros, o porque se desconectó el internet y no podía vernos por las cámaras que tienen conectadas por toda la propiedad etc. Pero además en las reglas de la casa te exigen dejarlo todo limpio, y dejar una lavadora de ropa lavada y otra secando a pesar de que te cobran un cleaning fee para pagarle a la persona que viene a limpiar. El BBQ lo recibimos muy sucio sin embargo te exige que lo dejes limpio. Pero como si fuera poco la dueña le reclamó al seguro que compre en mi reserva $2000.00 porque según ella mis niños de 6 y 9 años rompieron el cover del spa. Estas han sido sin duda las vacaciones más estresantes que hemos pasado mi familia y yo en toda nuestra vida. Ni mi familia ni yo volveremos a rentar este lugar.

Big Pine Paradise

Our family takes an annual trip to the Keys for Christmas every year. Our stay at Jodie’s place was everything we hoped for. The home was beautiful on the inside and spacious and well decorated. We had everything we needed. Plentiful towels, pillows, soaps, kitchen items, and even a good spice collection. The outdoor area was a favorite of ours. We loved the large hot tub and ample outdoor seating. Our absolute favorite part though was the proximity to things we wanted to do! Only 30 mins from key west, 8 mins from our favorite beach (Bahia Honda state park) and restaurants close enough to walk to if you wanted. It’s a residential area so it was quiet and peaceful. The key deer that venture on the property are so fun as well. They’re everywhere! Overall we had an amazing trip. My family raved about how much they loved the home and its location. We hope to book Jodie’s place again for our next trip!
