Welcome to Paradise!

Stay in the amazing Keys and beautiful waterfront home with boat basin and ramp for your boat. The property lot is almost an acre with another rental home and still very spacious (search for Haven House to reserve both homes if available). Stunning panoramic water views, sunrise and sunset. Steps away from ocean water. Bring or rent fishing and snorkel gear nearby to fish right off the point and enjoy the underwater scenery!

Family Vacation

The perfect home base for our extended family’s trip to the Keys. We had a house full of people, but we were able to stretch out and enjoy the lovely back porch that overlooks the water.

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the area.

Our stay was perfect. The only complain was that we couldn’t stay longer. Walt gave us a great overview of the property available amenities. The short walk to Kiki’s Sandbar makes the stay extra enjoyable. Little Torch Key is the perfect spot to avoid the hustle and bustle of Key West, but remains convenient to all of the Keys activities.

Absolutely beautiful location!

House was very clean which is our #1 priority. Spent most of the time there sitting on the back deck enjoying the view and watching the boats go by. Close to good restaurants and great for a day trip to Key West. The layout of the bedrooms was a little inconvenient but we worked threw that and had a wonderful time.

Beautiful property in the Keys

My husband and I along with our family and friends absolutely loved our stay at Anchor House. The beds were comfy, ACs worked like a charm, and the house was very spacious. Plenty of towels, blankets and towels were provided. The check-in/check-out processes were very easy and the property managers were super responsive.We can't wait to book another stay here!

Fun family vacation

Loved the house and experience. The house was clean and organized. We met the home owner who was so kind and even offered some fishing gear to help my kids fish We had a great time and the house and location is picture perfect. We will be back!

Very pleasant host and property manager. 4 bedroom and bathroom layout was awkward but we worked it out. Well equipped kitchen . Overall great time .

This house checks all the boxes. The house is clean, well stocked and a great location. Fishing off the point was a blast, everything was well maintained and Walt the caretaker was super friendly, pointing us to some great local destinations and services. I’d definitely stay here again

Fisherman Paradise

Traveled with a party of 10. If you want to fish and relax this is the spot. Looe key is a must to snorkel, just a 25 min (pontoon) boat ride. The house was equipped with everything needed to grill and chill. AC- works AMAZING!! We will definitely return. Property Host* was on point with places to go. We will return......

Stay in November

We loved this property and all the amenities that came with it. I am a General Manager of a large waterpark resort in Wisconsin and cannot compliment enough on the friendliness of the owners and the cleaning staff. Beautiful View

This is one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in. It looks new, and has many amenities. Kids played some of the games that were in the cabinet, adults fished, and we all sat on the patio and watched the sunset, which was beautiful. Right on the water. If I had to give any critique, it would be that the beds were very firm, which we aren't used to, but by the second night we were used to it and it was fine. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nothing less of spectacular!

Host was very accommodating and helped with some last minute changes. The home was very clean, well stocked and the furniture seemed to be all new. The outdoor space was amazing, beautiful brand new deck with excellent water access. Gorgeous sunrises and relaxing setting.

We had a profound thought to bring families and friends together in creating vacation memories in Little Torch Key, Florida. The first vacation home started in 2018. It was surprising to see the admiration of many who loved home sharing. We were overjoyed with our guests and their sincerity. Hospitality was so natural! And so Cozy Coves acquired the second and third waterfront homes in the same year.
