We had such a wonderful vacation. The house has everything you need to cook and entertain your guest. The Private Dock was perfect for fishing and docking up your boat. I would definitely recommend this hous !

Jacob, who also names himself "Dep", trashed our house, broke locks, left dirty panties in driveway, they left trash & bottles of alcohol everywhere... He stole things from the house, we have a pending report with VRBO concerning him ..... Last night he asked if he could extend his stay for 2 nights, it is in the VRBO conversation thread, so all his "review" are pure lies... Who wants to stay & pay extra nights if what he is saying has any truth to it?...they were having a great time at a great property and they didn't want to leave today... He thought he was going to get away with all that he did and when he was called out, he threaten us & I quote what he wrote to me : "I think if you knew who you were messaging right now your words would be chosen much wiser. ..", he said he would give us a 1 star review... You can check the rating that this guest has, do not rent to him, he is the guy that thinks because he can "wrongly review" your property, you are going to give him a pass to trash your property and steal from you...

Great location 40 miles from KW, short drive to 7 mile bridge. House was clean and ready to move me. Interesting note up stairs and down staires has seprate entrances. Over all loved it and would stay again

Excellent location

Property was what we expected. Location was amazing. Excellent views of the night sky from the dock. No issues with our stay. Owner was quick to respond to questions. We swam and snorkeled off the dock. Lots of sea life around. We barely used the house as we wanted to be outside enjoying the views! Will be back again. Highly recommend for families

If you are looking for easy access to Atlantic for fishing or hanging out on a reef, this is your spot. Good for multiple families with multiple boats. Very responsive property managers.

Will quote what Mr. Tim replied when asked if everything was ok at the house, as we always ask our guests to provide feedback while they are at the property. His answer was "ALL GOOD, LOOKS GREAT". We upgrade every day, Bedding soft & beautiful. Mattress covers best quality and washed every time a guest checks out. Linens soft. New towels, new curtains, new furniture, new everything, Mini splits for AC, this coming week installing another one. Gas and charcoal grills. All kitchen accessories that you would have at your house. Have upgraded since we bought this gorgeous property back in 2012. New flooring in several areas as it had carpet back when we bought it, new bathroom accessories, nice dual head showers, dock to die for: snorkel under it, fish day or night, or just relax , star gazing, dock your boat ...park your trailer and all your cars free inside property...launch your kayak, flat boat or even your wave runner on high tide. Our screen porch has possibly the best view in all little torch key, amazing sunrises, we are treated as a hotel so we have inspections to be "up to date and up to code" , we just passed our annual fire dept inspection on may 30th... NOW, if Tim wants us to tear down the house and build a new house so it looks "updated", that is not going to happen. We love the house and we even have "frame pics" upstairs of the original construction and owner that build the downstairs... It is a peaceful, breathtaking property with all you need to enjoy a GREAT indoor/outdoor experience!!! Cleaning is spotless plus maintenance 24/7. IT IS A REAL, WONDERFUL & UNIQUE DESTINATION.

Perfect location for a nice guys getaway. Rented a boat which worked out great keeping it on the beautiful dock. Great bar within walking distance. Plenty of room for 6 to sleep. Can’t wait to come back

Great location

We had a great stay here, would consider staying again. The house was as expected. The location is great, beautiful views from the house/porch, especially the sunrise. Fished from the dock. Walking distance to Kiki’s restaurant down the street. Short drive to groceries and bait. Owner/manager quick to respond to a question we had while there. The separate entrances to upstairs and downstairs were no issue for us, but may not work for everyone.

Loved the place and location

Just bathrooms had no toilet paper upon arrival and we had a long trip to arrive there with no toilet paper Also lower guest home sure needs two futons rather than just two blanquette covering them they fell down all the time and I was the one staying there at lower home as I was kind to have my mother in law on top area :)

Thank you Jax Cleaning crew should leave 2 toilet papers for each bathroom, wish you or Steve had reported this issue so we could take care of this right away and make sure it does not happen again. We have maintenance 24/7 . The 2 futtons you are talking about, they will be replaced this summer but again you did not report anything wrong with them while at the house (1 week). In fact I just stayed at the property last week and they are not falling . They are very expensive and comfortable futtons. Now, all appliances and furniture in downstairs are brand new due to Irma. Microwave, stove, fridge, night tables, matresses, curtains, sheets, towels, etc, etc. UPDATE : FUTONS WERE REPLACED IN JUNE 2018 (we replace every 2 years)

Great place for family and friends

the house is beautiful especially the upstairs bedroom and kitchen/living room area. My friends and I cooked our catch and enjoyed a meal at the outdoor dining table in the evenings. My favorite amenity is the dock where we stargazed at night while waiting for the fish to bite. I highly recommend for a longer stay with friends and family. Thank you for your review. Gllad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, as explained in the website this is a house that has 2 units, 1 upstairs and. 1 downstairs. Perfect for 2 families, perfect for one family that has more than one generation, perfect for friends, perfect for 2 couples, it provides more privacy if there's adults and teens, I have returning customers that love that each generation can have their own space. Both upstairs and downstairs have their own full kitchen and their own laundry room. Upstairs you have a big screen porch with amazing view, downstairs you have the sun porch with amazing view too. Both sun porch and screen porch have big wood tables to sit on, have meals , play cards or just sit around enjoying the company of all guests.

Great location

We came to town for a girls weekend to celebrate my best friend turning 30 and running the key west half marathon. The house is in the perfect location to quickly get to key west and other keys. The backyard was our favorite area and has the best sunrises. The owner was quick to respond on any question. Will definitely be saving this location to stay at in the future. Everything in the house was in perfect condition

This is the first time doing a house rental. The experience was awesome. The host was very informative and helpful. The House is very nice. 10 people can sleep and feel very comfortable. Lots of space and 2 tables for 10 people. It has 2 kitchens and it has all the amenities. All you need to bring is what you want to eat and your toiletries. Everything else is provided. Being. Mosquito repellent, that expected because you are in the Florida keys and surrounded by mangroves. You also have a great restaurant bar walking distance. The food is awesome l, also order the ahi tuna nachos. You have also have many great restaurants with in a 10 minute drive. You also have a large super market & pharmacy. You re a 30 minute drive from key west. Diffidently recommended.

Outstanding location

Right on the water. Dolphins, rays, turtles and nurse sharks visited regularly. Fishing is good from dock, and the nurse sharks fascinated our dog. House is a bit on spartan side, but definitely workable and comfortable. Manager was available by text when needed, but we had no problems while there. Kikis is a short walk up the road and great seafood shop down on Cudjoe Key.

Great place on the water!

We rented the whole house. Great view from the upstairs porch, beautiful sunrises, great dock, good location for fishing, lobstering and diving Looe Key. Close to Key West for a day trip. Only negatives would be it was hard to keep the downstairs living area cool and small ants in the kitchen. But overall very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent this house again.

Thank you Pauline, as this was the second time you have chosen our property to spend your vacations at. Very happy when a guest comes back. WE HAVE CHANGED WINDOWS TO HURRICANE PROOF WINDOWS THIS 2018 FALL. After Irma we ordered new windows and contractor already installed them. DOWNSTAIRS UNIT GETS AS COLD AS UPSTAIRS AND YOU ALSO HAVE A BEAUTIFUL VIEW FROM MAIN BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM. You can check all our reviews since 2012, NO ANTS. To avoid sugar ants (if any) it is important to clean surfaces & kitchen after eating & very important not to leave sugary food open on counters.

Great getaway

We had a great time. The location was great, water front, dock, walking distance to nearby restaurant. We used the screen in porch upstairs to sit and relax in the breeze. The house is older but as is the case with most every property in the keys I have stayed at. Any concerns we had we discussed with property manager which were addressed right away. But overall great time and would love to return in the future.

Great Location - Perfect for Fishing and Diving

My family had a wonderful time staying for 10 days over mini lobster season. The location was perfect. We could walk to Kiki's Bar and Restaurant for live music and food. Gas for the boat is just across Pine Channel. Short drive to groceries, gas, pharmacy, and bait. Property manager was quick to respond. Long dock with water for the boat. My only wish was power at the end of the dock to recharge my trolling motor. Otherwise, great stay!

We purchased this property because it is near our favorite fishing, spearfishing, lobstering and diving spots plus has stunning sunrises and sunsets. Nice big private lot and a 290 ft breathtaking private dock.
It also has a great advantage, no matter if it is rainy, cloudy or windy out in the ocean, you always get to fish right off the dock!
