About Angela & Todd
My husband and I live in Southern California, and have enjoyed repeated vacations to Park City over the past 10 years. We love the clean, healthy mountain environment and year-round activities. In 2010 we decided to purchase our dream vacation home in beautiful Old Town. We have 2 children - a 13 year old boy who loves to shred powder and a 16 year old daughter who likes to be the first person in the morning at the Town Lift. We welcome you to our home and wish you a memorable vacation.
Angela & Todd purchased this House in 2010
Why Angela & Todd chose Old Town
Terrific Old Town location in an authentic, mission-style historical home. Steps to Town Lift and Main Street.
What makes this House unique
You will not find a better location than this house. It sits on the corner of Park Avenue and Heber Avenue (the road that splits Main Street). Main Street is literally out your back door, the Kimball Art Center is across the street, free shuttle bus stop is about 4 houses down, the Town Lift is a block away, and endless hiking, biking and skiing are out your front door. Upper Park Ave becomes one way down all winter which makes it a very quiet residential street in the heart of Old Town.

Great OLD House
Very charming. Great hot tub and location. Great kitchen. Stairs are steep and lots of reasons to be on your toes with little kids. I would not recommend for kids under 4 but truly loved it. We were just always worried about a trip and fall into, or a broken antique. We REALLY ENJOYED OUR stay. Just ran around a lot. Thank you for having us.
Great location and great property. Really enjoyed it.
All around great
Great location and great older remodeled home. Able to accommodate a family or two. Property manager & owner were easy to work with and reach. Thank you for a great experience.
Great location for town and ski
Our two families had a fantastic two week stay at this property. The very few issues were dealt with promptly and effortlessly.
I highly recommend this property for it’s location - a short walk to the town lift and Main St. We had a very comfortable stay.
Mark was very easy to communicate with during the reservation process. He was very respectful of our home during his almost 2 week stay. He & his family left our home meticulous upon departure. They are welcome to stay at our vacation home anytime in the future.
614 Park Avenue, Park City
Wow! What can you say... location. location. location... perfect!
The location --- you cannot ask for more, at the heart of everything, restaurants, shopping, ski rentals, lift...
The house--- clean and well taken care of...
Check in and out --- a breeze, friendly and professional
Reservation --- perfect
We had a great time. WE travel to ski and rest... hot tub is a must. We greatly enjoyed our six night stay at your property of 614 Park Ave. Everything in your charming historic home worked perfectly and it’s location in relation to downtown and the town ski lift couldn’t be better really. Being one block off of Main Street it was very private and quiet too. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed to cook many meals there. Your home will be our first choice in which to stay for our next trip to town. Thank you for helping to make our ski vacation amazing.
Location was perfect. Hot tub was great post ski
Easy walk to the town lift. Right in the heart of town for dinner. Living room was large enough to accommodate entertainment by some and catching up on work emails by others. Hot tub was heated and ready to go upon arrival.
This historical, spacious, remodeled home is located steps from the Park City Town Lift and adjacent to dozens of Main Street restaurants, shops and nightlife.
Walk 1 block to the Town Lift operated by Park City Mountain Resort. Town Lift has a ticket window at the base of the lift for easy ticket purchases and connects to the mid-mountain area of Park City. At the end of the day, you can either ski down to the Town Lift base via Quittin' Time run, or take the Town Lift back down the mountain.
Main Street restaurants and night life are an easy stroll from our home. The home faces Park Avenue for privacy, but is close enough to Main Street's chic restaurants and shops.
During the Summer or Winter, you can walk 1 block to the Free Shuttle Bus Stop located on Park Avenue in front of the Town Lift. The Park City Shuttle Bus connects to the Canyons, Deer Valley, Park City and other local destinations. It offers free, dependable transportation and usually stops every 10-30 min
Other Activities: shopping, boating, snowboarding, wildlife viewing, racquetball, basketball court, health/beauty spa
